However when operating in a business with more than one version, file compatibility becomes a real issue as older files don't work with newer software and vice-versa. ### 2. We have yet to get it to install. We have exchanged over 20 emails with Corel Support all in the same patter, Try this... that didn't work. Well, try this... that didn't work. Corel Draw solves my life! It is an excellent, practical, and very efficient tool! It makes work fun and interesting!... Originally, Corel has been, for years, the great creator of software for graphic design... since the famous Corel Draw entered the market several years ago, it really changed the way graphic design was studied and practiced... that's why to this day, almost all Graphic Design Institutes/Faculties continue to teach it... **What do you dislike about CorelDRAW?** it hangs while printing sometimes the files get corrupted and are impossible to recover when printing, the colors get completely distorted (even changing a blue to a red, for example) sometimes you print and entire elements disappear (for example, a complete text) when exporting, it does whatever it wants (suddenly neither the colors nor what you are exporting match what you get) I love it for its power in handling vectors, but the truth is that working in a digital printing shop with it, I ended up fed up with having to throw jobs away due to the inefficiency achieved when exporting, printing, etc. **Recommendations to others considering CorelDRAW:** Because since version 5 I've been using it and nothing like that has ever happened to me. In fact, it used to bother me that the famous automatic backup was made :P, and in my experience, nothing ever happened where texts or graphics disappeared, or colors changed, unless the printer ran out of some ink, haha!
