CoPilot Interview Reviews & Product Details

CoPilot Interview is an AI interview platform for hiring teams. Its Interviewer Mode helps hiring managers and recruiters run structured, consistent interviews: it generates role-specific questions and follow-ups by competency (algorithms, system design, behavioral, domain), transcribes and scores each answer live against rubric-style dimensions with evidence notes, and produces a hire / no-hire evaluation report at the end of the call, with section scores, red and green flags and notable quotes. It runs as a Windows and macOS desktop app alongside Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. The same platform also offers candidates AI mock interviews built from their resume and the job description, with each spoken answer scored. Free plan available; paid plans from $14.99 per month; Enterprise plans add volume licensing, centralized billing, SSO and onboarding.
