"Get the File Format You Need"

What do you like best about Convertio?

Converting files to work in another application is very simple, and it doesn't seem to have a limit on the number of conversions you can do. I am constantly changing PDFs to JPGs and back with no issues. I admit I haven't used it much for the other type of file conversions, like for video or audio, but I have had no trouble with the conversions I have used it for. I am sure this comes in handy when you're trying to rip music from a CD to an Apple device or vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convertio?

Sometimes the plethora of options can be overwhelming if you don't know a lot about the different types of file extensions, but that also shows how many options for converting you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convertio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using a chromebook, and I often receive files or templates formatted in a program I do not have. I am able to open and use these files without having to contact the sender for a different file type. I can also convert my files for other people when they have an issue. The array of formats is just jaw dropping. It is absolutely the most valuable online tool I have used in my film work. It is quick, easy, and, most importantly, completely free!! I am just stunned by the quality and speed of the conversions, the ease of use, the design...everything about it is top notch perfection! I love that you can easily browse through the well categorized formats to find exactly which option works for you...having had very little experience with many of the formats offered, it is great to have a bit of insight into the features of each file type. Just experiment! When I started using Convertio I had very little knowledge of file compatibility and what formats to use and not use. Using this great service has helped me tremendously in learning about the technical aspects and logistics of file sharing, file storage, vector image formatting, etc. It has allowed me to directly practice the transformation and resizing of files, and that experience has been invaluable to my workflow. I have used this site in conjunction with my editing software, Adobe Premiere Pro, to convert incompatibly formatted files to acceptable formats. What do you like best about Convertio?

With convertio you can convert the file you want in real time, thanks to its multiple function that allows you to supply files from the unit, dropbox, file manager and even url, provide greater efficiency and performance. This is an excellent advantage considering that other programs only allow you to edit files exported from your storage which makes the process more complex because you have to download the file before converting it.
