I am constantly changing PDFs to JPGs and back with no issues. I admit I haven't used it much for the other type of file conversions, like for video or audio, but I have had no trouble with the conversions I have used it for. I am sure this comes in handy when you're trying to rip music from a CD to an Apple device or vice versa. **What do you dislike about Convertio?** Sometimes the plethora of options can be overwhelming if you don't know a lot about the different types of file extensions, but that also shows how many options for converting you have. **Recommendations to others considering Convertio:** Make sure you know what file type you need before converting, or save a separate copy of the original in case you have a problem. **What problems is Convertio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using a chromebook, and I often receive files or templates formatted in a program I do not have. I am able to open and use these files without having to contact the sender for a different file type. I can also convert my files for other people when they have an issue. I also create a lot of documents with images and text, so Convertio is almost indispensable. ### 4.
