Contrato Simples (contratosimples.com) Reviews & Product Details

Contrato Simples (contratosimples.com) is a Brazilian contract negotiation tool for the step between the client's yes and the signature, for anyone who sends their own contracts, a company or an individual. You upload the contract you already use, as a Word file; the system finds the blanks and suggests the fields. The client, a company or an individual, opens a link, types a 6-digit code sent to their e-mail and reviews the contract in the browser, without creating an account: they select a passage and comment, propose new wording or a new clause. You answer each objection in the text itself (accepted, changed, or kept with a reason). Every round becomes a numbered version, and when the client approves, the system issues the final PDF, identical for both parties, to sign in the e-signature tool you already use. In a free pilot with a small number of Brazilian participants. Not yet: e-signature, AI, post-signature contract management. Product language: Portuguese.
