What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?

The pricing was attractive, and Contractor Foreman aims to combine estimating, project management, scheduling, documents, and accounting-related workflows in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?

I had ongoing software issues, especially with the QuickBooks integration, and spent significant time troubleshooting with Contractor Foreman.

I renewed May 28 for $1,800 after discussing my concerns and under the understanding that I would still be protected by the 100-day guarantee. On August 21, 85 days after renewal, I contacted Contractor Foreman about cancelling and receiving a refund.

Billing later said the guarantee was tied to my original 2020 signup. Contractor Foreman also acknowledged that Billing reviewed my account while it was within the 90-day partial-refund window, but later said that refund was unavailable because the review process continued beyond 90 days.

I contacted them within the stated timeframe. After years as a customer, this was extremely disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Falak Naz Khan of Contractor Foreman

Hi Matt,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and especially for being a Contractor Foreman customer since 2020. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the QuickBooks integration and the frustration this caused.

We understand how disappointing it is when an integration meant to save time instead creates additional work. Last year, we expanded our in-house QuickBooks support team specifically to help ensure our customers have a successful integration and to provide more hands-on assistance when issues arise. We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of support we strive to provide.

We also understand your frustration regarding the refund and cancellation process. We appreciate that you reached out when you believed you were within the applicable timeframe, and we’re sorry that the process left you disappointed.

We’d like the opportunity to review your situation again, including the QuickBooks issues you encountered and the communications surrounding your cancellation request, to ensure everything was handled appropriately and determine whether there is anything further we can do to help.

We truly appreciate your many years as a customer and your candid feedback. We take your concerns seriously and hope we can have an opportunity to improve your experience.
