Support, especially Jamie, responds quickly and personally whenever we raise questions or bugs , reassuring, especially given we work with sensitive patient data. **What do you dislike about Contaktly?** One small thing we’d still love to see: some kind of automatic monitoring that flags it for us if the bot ever drifts from its own rules. Right now we tend to spot that more by chance while reviewing older chats. Would be a nice addition down the line, but overall we’re very happy. **What problems is Contaktly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small team, we can’t be available around the clock. It's amazing because I never knew how many companies were visiting my website, and now I can see who is interested in what we do. It really helps me in sales, like when I'm busy in a conversation, and I notice someone from that company is on my site; then I can call them and close the deal. This happened twice already. I also love that I can just talk to the founders, and they implemented feedback so quickly, making the product keep getting better. The quality of the product and the speed at which they work is honestly amazing. Additionally, the initial setup of Contaktly was very easy. **What do you dislike about Contaktly?** I encountered a few little bugs at the beginning and I was a bit nervous because the company is relatively new on the market. **What problems is Contaktly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contaktly identifies website visitors, helping me know which companies are interested.
