ContactShip Reviews & Product Details

ContactShip is a contact center platform where AI agents and people work on the same phone calls and WhatsApp conversations. Voice agents answer and make calls in Spanish, with more than 150 voices and accents and a response time of about 1.5 seconds. They book appointments in Google Calendar, answer from your documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV or TXT), qualify leads and transfer the call to a person when it should. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized. WhatsApp agents answer and follow up in the same inbox your team uses for calls, Instagram and Messenger, with queues, skill-based routing and a softphone for the human team. Run call and WhatsApp campaigns, move contacts through pipelines, and send webhooks to Make, n8n or Zapier. Buy local numbers in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina (and the US and Canada) inside the app, no Twilio account needed. Plans start at USD 49 a month, with a 7-day free trial and no card.
