-Staff over-reliance on ContactEase may diminish customer loyalty through a bad experience.
-It may not suit every business.Certain businesses where customer transactions are highly standardised may not benefit from a ContactEase system.
-The benefits when the ContactEase system is in place, however, will far outweigh the initial time and productivity costs.

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

ContactEase has the part that takes contacts from clients, allowing them to get used when some formal communication is required.
Also, ContactEase has a part that fosters customer support, allowing challenges to have immediate answers for easy functioning.
Lastly, ContactEase has super engagement mechanisms, very attentive to listening to customers.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

ContactEase has a magnificent work option, which is credible in managing the rapport and the relationships among all. More so, the mechanisms that ContactEase has in regards to sales and the marketing part allows a smooth sense of acknowledgment.

ContactEase has created a system that fosters truth and allows engagements to be formalized. More so, ContactEase initiates the reliability of the set contact details in a company concerning clients.

ContactEase has purposeful reasons, one of them being lead management. Again, ContactEase helps in introducing marketing methods that seem fruitful and direct. Lastly, ContactEase has the procedures to follow for formal communications.

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

With this software we can easily gather all the information and create a good database which helps us to connect easily with each other. This software mainly useful in the marketing survelliance to take the public opinion.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

Some of the database are customize so we can not share with everyone. For that admin permission is mendatory so this key feature may be create Problems. Data security is very low which need to improve .

This software helps me to save the customers requirements, their information and private data. Even this can helps ud to easily interact without sharing unnecessary information.

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

The ease of reaching out to your contacts is what is best about Contactease. Contactease is precisely what the name is, an easy way to connect with your contacts and get their information. The streamlining of this ability is a timesaver when working on communication outreach to consituants. Additionally, the ability to view all those who are open to commnication and pull outreach lists is very simple to use and overall expedites the process for you while working on connecting with your contacts. The ability to streamline this with social media for integration is also a very wonderful benefit of Contactease. This proves that they platform overall has an understanding of what businesses/ orgnaizations need with their ability to connect with contacts.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

There is not much that I can say that I dislike. A minor change I would make, but this is very, very little. This one downside is, there were times that I felt the layout of the program could be better to make it easier to maneuver through the platform. Other than that, nothing directly comes to mind when I  am thinking about Contactease that is of concern.

**Recommendations to others considering SurePoint CRM:**

I would highly suggest giving Contactease a try if you are on the fence. I Guarantee that you will not regret this decision. The platform is very straightforward to use and understand. Contactease has met all my requirements when using to get in contact with constituents.

**What problems is SurePoint CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of getting outreach to those signed up for communication with the organization. The benefit of connecting with multiple people while using the same message quickly is very lovely to have. The ability to do this makes the process easier and seamless. Additionally, there is an very good opporutinty with ContactEase to get a vaiety of messages out within a significant amount of time. Integration of CRM with ContactEase is an additional problem that is being solved and a significant benefit of utilizing this platform.

I love how easy ContactEase makes it to do several important things with the use of one program.

Nothing! Contact Ease is a great product!

I am saving so much time with this program! Everything is in one easy place and information is so easy to track and use! I can communicate easily and effectively with my customers. This program is a timesaving, ease making program and I love it!

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

What I love about this software is that it allows clients to record basic data and information so that I can learn more about their needs and desires and meet their needs more effectively.  .  Surprisingly, I have now done this for free by registering and I am very happy to have found it in small businesses.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

Honestly, I do not think there is a barrier to this program, or I do not like it, I am very happy with the use and development, which gave me the best in my work and in response to my customers.

With this program, I can manage and access customer information, requirements, and interactions without using unnecessary information, so I can share the information and use the strategic information required for each customer.  Because of this.

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

What I like most about this software is that it allows me to record the data and basic information of my clients so that I can automatically have the information of their requirements and needs more accurately, and this makes me able to answer to their requests more effectively. The most striking thing about this is, that I can do it with my free subscription, this pleases me a lot because it is available to small businesses. 
In addition, it is very easy to install and operate.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

Honestly, I do not consider that there are negative aspects or that I dislike about this application, I am very happy with the use and development of this, it has given me advantages in my work and in providing answers to my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering SurePoint CRM:**

I recommend the use of this application, ContactEase has been a great tool for my firm. I can maintain the information in the database, and I am able to efficiently run reports for different categories and scenarios.

This application has allowed me to manage and take advantage of the information about my clients, my contenders and my contacts without having to resort to an overload of data that are not useful, I can classify the information and use the strategic data that I need from each client in each case thanks to this.

I like that they call it what it is. It is easy to contact customers, hence the name ContactEase.

The downsides are that the sign up process is not as easy as I thought it would be.

It has been much easier for me to contact customers and promote products through ContactEase.

**What do you like best about SurePoint CRM?**

This system was very customized for accounting and law firms. It also helped us solve the issue of having non-updated information because everyone's Outlook connected to the system. We also liked the unlimited categories for each contact.

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

What we could not figure out was to have multiple versions of one contact. For example, we would have 100 John Smith's which would be for each different entity, but ContactEase only allowed one. So this was a confusing process that we had to figure out.

**Recommendations to others considering SurePoint CRM:**

Make sure you get complete buy-in from the executives that they promise to use the tool. If they use it and find it important, then so will the rest of the staff.

**What problems is SurePoint CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us clean up our database, have more updated information on contacts, helped us reduce the use of list making for events, emails, etc. The benefits were that we could rely on the category section and pull updated lists, rather than going to each Partner and Manager asking for a list (which they did not enjoy).

nothing good about this software if you want something that works find another program

**What do you dislike about SurePoint CRM?**

The software stops synching the contacts after a couple months. you have to manually restart it and this is not efficient when you have many people using this..... The support team cannot fix this problem.

**Recommendations to others considering SurePoint CRM:**

Pick something else not reliable and support is no good.

This captures all the business contacts showing the owner and relationship to the contact.
