What do you dislike about ConstellationGRC?

There’s very little to criticize. The only minor challenge was that scheduling audit review windows required some coordination across time zones, but the team was flexible and accommodating. "Smooth and easy SOC 2"

What do you like best about ConstellationGRC?

During the SOC 2 process, a lot of one-off things come up. ConstellationGRC was just great in responding to these requests very fast and really giving us advice on what works and what doesn't practically at our stage. Honestly, there's very little to dislike. The only challenge was that SOC 2 can feel overwhelming at first - but that’s true of the audit process in general, not specific to ConstellationGRC. Constellation GRC was very easy, professional, competent, and efficient to work with. We were introduced to Constellation GRC via Vanta and got started with this team right away. The process getting our SOC 2 Type 1 was seamless thanks to Michael.
