There’s very little to criticize. The only minor challenge was that scheduling audit review windows required some coordination across time zones, but the team was flexible and accommodating. During the SOC 2 process, a lot of one-off things come up. ConstellationGRC was just great in responding to these requests very fast and really giving us advice on what works and what doesn't practically at our stage. The only challenge was that SOC 2 can feel overwhelming at first - but that’s true of the audit process in general, not specific to ConstellationGRC.
