ConnectALL has helped me in finding the areas where I can improve easily by using different interoperating tools. It can be integrated with different softwares like rally.

When you run number of projects on ConnectAll eventually it's speed gets slow and performance goes down

ConnectALL is helping me in increasing productivity of the business and reducing cost which is resulting in profit maximization

UI needs to be improved for adminsitration and need some advanced features to talk the errors.

Seemless integration between tools is the major bendefit that any organization would need and connectall fulfill those needs and save time.

ConnectAll helped to synchronize JIRA Bugs and HP ALM Defects which helped to create reports easily in HP ALM.

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

It takes times to set up the connections between JIRA and HP ALM

Without ConnectAll,  deverlopers need to create defects in HP ALM manually and QAs have to create Bugs in JIRA manually.

The supporting is much better than Tasktop.

The quality is not perfect and not stable.

It resolve the data synchronization between DevOps tools.
We can update data in one tool, all the tools are updated.

It’s a great tool that is easy to install and configure.  It provides seamless synchronization of information between ALM and JIRA and allows us to leverage both repositories to their full capacity.

The ConnectALL support team are very responsive to any questions raised and issue resolutions we have encountered.

Sound product that delivers as expected!

**What do you like best about ConnectALL?**

The best of connectall is easy to understand with the command or options that are available in the application, most of them are user friendly and self explanatory. Integration with other tools using ConnectAll is seamless. 

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

Sometimes its tough to understand while working with Poll queries, it would be good while writing poll query if we have the intelisence option for the ease of our work and validation.

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectALL:**

Its a very good tool for seamless integration with multiple tools used across organization for the ease of users to integrate between teams and also help each other in delivering the work by meeting dead lines with quality of work, improve understand ability between teams and the best part is to get the status at one place of all the integrated applications, which helps the C level reports easy. 

**What problems is ConnectALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrated JIRA to JIRA and JIRA to ServiceNow, which really helped us logging into multiple applications and update the status, comments etc options at different places, rather now its only one place updates would impact on integrated areas and helps in efforts saving.

**What do you like best about ConnectALL?**

It is easy configurable, you don't need to have any specific technical knowledge.
It works fast - less than a minute to sync records between systems.
It is user friendly - even if you are not an IT, it is intuitive.
It has growing potential - more and more tools to be synchronized.
It has very good operational support - your questions and issues are solved with high priority.

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

No dislikes at the moment, want to have more integration solutions, e.g. MS Project Online, SharePoint, other MS Tools.

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectALL:**

Try it for a trial. Get the ConnectAll support during your tests. Involve stakeholders and end users.

**What problems is ConnectALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConnectAll replaced all the manual work that was done before with automated scheduled mechanism, it synchronizes records as we need between ServiceNow, JIRA, TFS and VSTS.

**What do you like best about ConnectALL?**

It was so easy to set up!  I explain ConnectAll to be like a Wagon Wheel.  Once you get the hub, you only order the spokes that you need.  The interface for configuring integrations and mapping fields is simple and intuitive.  I don't like my users to see it, because I don't like them knowing how easy it is for me (I have to "make the rice krispie treats" [throwback to an old commercial] haha!)
The support team is BAR NONE in the industry!  Fast response, personal service.

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

Well, to be honest, I'm not a fan of the pricing.  And sometimes the Create/Update could be more at the field level.  I'd like to be able to clone an Application Link then just change the initial configuration (our field mappings are pretty consistent).

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectALL:**

Ask for a trial license and see for yourself!

**What problems is ConnectALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A user calls in an Incident to our help desk, and it's determined to be an enhancement so they track that in Jira, and the user doesn't have Jira so they say their requests go in to a 'black hole'.  The ConnectAll integration not only makes the creation of the Jira automatic, it keeps the user updated as to the status of the initial request.

The interface and setup is extremely intuitive for getting a connection built and running.

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

I'm not saying there's not room for improvement, because there always is, but nothing comes to mind at this moment.

ConnectAll is a great product for bringing your fragmented tool landscape together in the organization, allowing folks to stay on top of information in real-time. On top of a great tool, the Service and Support teams are great partners to make sure you are successful.

**What problems is ConnectALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using COnnectALL to keep teams on different tools in sync with each other. To allow requests to flow from a requestor to a developer and back, without having to "swivel seat" or copy/paste the data from one tool to another. And we are using it to help data migration, so we can consolidate our tool footprint.

easy Project mapping, Field Mapping, and Sync configuration.
The user interface is easy understanding and good

I am fine with the support response, so far we had very good support but an immediate and prompt  response is much appreciated

Controlling the data security and privacy between the Client and EFI organization.

Great team of developers who do not mind jump on conference calls to work to resolve a problem. 

**What do you dislike about ConnectALL?**

Once problem is resolved, didn't like how long it took to release updated code to address the problem.

**What problems is ConnectALL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira to Service Now ticket integration.  The benefit is great, as whenever we open a ticket and note it, our customer get that update as well.  Customer service has been amazing with the help of  ConnectALL

The price is good for the Tool. It does teh necessary stuff to sync the required fileds between my two softwares to communicate developer and QA

It has several issues with JIRA on Cloud
