## About Conma
Conma is a social media operations platform designed to support post-publishing workflows. While most social media tools focus on content creation and scheduling, Conma focuses on what happens after a post goes live. It helps teams manage comments and direct messages, operate comment-based campaigns, and analyze performance data in a centralized system. Conma uses AI to support tasks such as automatic comment moderation (including auto-hiding based on defined conditions), comment search and filtering, and engagement analysis. It also enables the digitalization of comment-based campaigns by allowing teams to set various eligibility conditions and manage winner selection workflows. The platform provides detailed performance reports at both account and content levels, offering a depth of insight that goes beyond basic engagement metrics. In addition, Conma supports a range of operational features needed for day-to-day social media management. Conma currently supports Instagram and is expanding to additional platforms including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
