Conma is a social media operations platform designed to support post-publishing workflows. While most social media tools focus on content creation and scheduling, Conma focuses on what happens after a post goes live. It helps teams manage comments and direct messages, operate comment-based campaigns, and analyze performance data in a centralized system. Conma uses AI to support tasks such as automatic comment moderation (including auto-hiding based on defined conditions), comment search and filtering, and engagement analysis.
