The software allows managing everything from invitations to post-event/training session follow-up. Until now, we had used different solutions to cover the different stages of the journey, and with Conference Tracker, everything is grouped into a single software - facilitating all management tasks. **What do you dislike about Conference Tracker?** Limited functionalities in the most basic versions, you realize once you start using it. There are some technical problems/bugs that remain unresolved for a long time without a specific or robust solution. If you are not used to working with event management tools, the learning curve is likely to be a bit slow and arduous. **What problems is Conference Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conference tracker facilitates all management related to events or training, automating certain actions, and concentrating all management on the same platform. ### 2. We left the platform for one year to try another product that was suppose to integrate with our membership software, however we won't make that mistake again. **What do you dislike about Conference Tracker?** I think there can just be some organizational improvments made. Sometimes I couldn't find certain items in the side bar...but it might just be how my brain works. **What problems is Conference Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** CEU reports and easily providing certificates to attendees with the push of a button.
