Conduit Reviews & Product Details

Conduit is an AI administrative assistant for owner-run businesses whose work arrives by phone and text: home services, salons and spas, clinics and practices, studios, cleaners, repair shops and small agencies. Conduit answers every inbound call 24 hours a day with a named assistant that always discloses it is AI. It answers questions from the business's own information, checks the calendar and books, reschedules or cancels appointments with conflict checks, screens spam and wrong numbers, escalates emergencies to the owner and a backup contact, and texts missed callers back from the business's own phone number rather than a shared shortcode. After every real enquiry the owner receives a complete lead in a unified inbox, by email, by text and by push notification, with an honest record of what the assistant could not collect. A detail the caller declined to give is shown differently from a detail that never came up, so the owner never has to guess whether to ask again. Other capabilities include two-way Google Calendar sync, confirmations and reminders, customer self-service reschedule links, caller recognition across days and channels, owner-configured intake questions, a morning briefing, a monthly recap, and a signed lead webhook for Zapier and CRM delivery. Pricing is a flat monthly plan with included call minutes and texts: Solo at 129 USD per month, Growth at 299 USD per month, and Office at 499 USD per month, with two months free on annual billing. There is no per-minute billing and no overage charge of any kind. Spam calls are not counted. When a plan reaches its included allowance the assistant continues taking messages rather than generating additional charges. Two-way texting features activate once US carrier registration is complete for the business.
