Conductrics Reviews & Product Details

Conductrics is a unified platform for experimentation, adaptive optimization, and customer research, designed specifically for the complex needs of data-centric enterprises. Trusted by global organizations like Pfizer, Spotify, and CBC, Conductrics is built to satisfy strict internal governance and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. By combining advanced A/B and multivariate testing, transparent machine learning, and direct customer feedback, our platform helps teams capture both the behavioral "what" and the strategic "why." API-first architecture & full-stack flexibility Our API-first architecture offers true full-stack flexibility to fit seamlessly into your team’s existing workflows. We provide a visual editor for quick client-side marketing adjustments, along with detailed server-side controls for mobile apps, single-page applications (SPAs), and robust backend environments. This allows you to craft complex, multi-page experiences and deploy real-time personalization without ever compromising page performance or data security. Transparent AI & Adaptive Optimization To support continuous optimization, Conductrics uses transparent AI. Our multi-armed bandits efficiently and automatically direct traffic to the best-performing variations. Our predictive models are auditable, allowing you to understand the logic through human-readable decision trees. This ensures your data science and engineering teams retain complete transparency and control, rather than relying on a “black box” algorithm. Context-aware Customer Research Conductrics goes beyond tracking clicks by allowing you to activate context-aware surveys directly within your live experiments. By asking users targeted questions based on the specific test variation they are viewing, you capture true intent at the exact moment of interaction. You can collect a wide range of feedback—from standard NPS scores to custom open-ended answers. Crucially, these responses aren't just passive reports; this zero-party data can be used as the primary success metric for an experiment, or fed immediately back into the optimization engine to dynamically personalize the user's ongoing session. Peer-to-peer enterprise support We believe enterprise experimentation requires true partnership, not a ticketing system. Conductrics does not gate features behind complex tiers—every license includes full access to all capabilities, along with a dedicated Solutions Architect and a shared Slack channel. You engage directly with expert practitioners who understand your specific stack, helping you navigate technical complexity with speed and precision. With Conductrics, enterprise teams gain the statistical accuracy, predictive power, and deep qualitative insights needed to deliver long-term value to their customers.
