The second is the automation with very minimal coding requirement. The third is time it takes to deploy is very less . Also, The salesforce is constantly upgrading the product with new AI features that are worth exploring. **What do you dislike about Concretio?** Sometimes, I have observed the product to be slow. Also, The pricing of the product is on higher side but it is justified when I look at the quality service and features. Also, The features are good but the base UI needs to be changed now as I feel it is outdated now. Although having features are good, But sometimes I feel like bombarded with similar looking features that It gets difficult to choose from. **Recommendations to others considering Concretio:** One should try this product if your are a medium to large scale company. For smaller organisations, I won't recommend it. **What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?** User can deploy customer apps without writing a single link of code. There are inbuilt features available in the product itself and so many templates to choose from that would cover mostly all your requirements. There are so many customisations available that even a person with no code knowledge can Build a scalabe app of his own. So the addressed problem was to provide a working app within a short span ### 2. Salesforce provides a platform for sharing experiences and issues. **What do you dislike about Concretio?** As far as i used salesforce application, I don't have any issue with the application. **Recommendations to others considering Concretio:** Yes ofcourse, the application is build in order to minimize the workload and to perform the production activities smoothly. I can say we are working on multiple task and every one wants to complete their task very soon accurately. So salesforce application is veryful useful. **What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a part of Utility based company we are required to work with salesforce and It is very helpful in contacting the client through service request and provding the details in automated format for business requirement. ### 3. Lot of functionalities can be achieved with OOTB features. In addition to this it provide very good online product documentation **What do you dislike about Concretio?** For any new features which are required by most of the Application development people, Salesforce takes log of time for development and sometimes they are not even prioritised. **What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Salesforce cloud for our Sales application development and as a platform for CRM application. It provides lot of OOTB functionalities like Profile Management, User Interface, Formula fields , Validations and many more features ### 4. Salesforce has many capabilities. I use it as a CRM. You do not have to fill every section out should you not have the information. **What do you dislike about Concretio?** I know that it is very expensive and that they spend 40% of their revenue on advertising vs. 8-12% for Microsoft. Thus it is not ideal for smaller organizations with a limited budget. **What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to organize my contacts as well as those of other people I work with. We can have our own contacts and share info with others so as to avoid duplication. We can also email directly from Salesforce rather than having to go through Outlook or other sites. ### 5. Extremely complicated report can be made very simple. **What do you dislike about Concretio?** The configuration and inital setup can be very complicated and time consuming. There are various parametes that needs to be considered while setting up salesforce. **What problems is Concretio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resourse management has been extremely easy with Salesforce, finances across multiple business unit has been very effecient in the organization, reminders and reports are very productive and flixible. ### 11.
