Concrete Reviews & Product Details

Concrete is an AI teammate for lean companies: businesses with five or more people where one person signs off on spend and nobody has time to learn another tool. It covers the job until you find the right hire. The teammate works inside the team's Slack or Telegram, always on. Pick a role (Customer Success, Recruiter, Growth, Product Owner, Chief of Staff or Office Manager) and it picks up open work on its own: the follow-up nobody sent, the thread that stalled, the promise someone made in a meeting. What makes it different from other AI agents: - It asks first. Concrete drafts the customer reply or the refund, then waits for a person to approve it before anything customer-facing goes out. - It remembers. Commitments, decisions and customer details stay on record, so work survives the meeting. - It learns from corrections. Each role arrives with workflows learned inside a real operating company, then adapts to how your business works. Concrete connects to Gmail, HubSpot, Notion, Intercom, Google Calendar, Salesforce, Linear, Stripe, Zendesk, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, Asana, Calendly, Airtable and Mailchimp. Pricing: start on 100 free credits, no card needed. Plans are $20 a month (200 credits) or $100 a month (1,000 credits). No seats, no overage fees, and unused credits roll over.
