Should any issues or necessary troubleshooting arise throughout a program, Concierge is quick to jump in with support or a resolution. **What do you dislike about Concierge Team?** Having worked with the team across more than a few events at this point, I have yet to run into an experience that has brought any moments of discomfort or anything less other than appreciation for their work and professional approach to the business. **What problems is Concierge Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** Concierge provides the ability to share planned and real time updates directly to guests of large-scale events. Their services keep our guests well-informed and provide a sense of connection and necessary outreach should they experience any issues or confusion related to their on-site experiences. ### 2. He is receptive to feedback and truly is an extension of our team when Concierge is deployed at our events. **What do you dislike about Concierge Team?** I cannot think of anything at this time. I'm sure as the company grows, additional staff will be brought on to assist with weekend/after hour needs, but we have not experienced any lapse in commuications or support. **What problems is Concierge Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves us time in scheduling messages to be sent to our event guests and creates a line of communication between guests and hosts to address any issues or changes that may arise on site. ### 3. Very user-friendly back end to help pre schedule all broadcasts so you don't even have to think about it while on site. **What do you dislike about Concierge Team?** N/A. From conception through event days, everything with the team went flawlessly. **What problems is Concierge Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** SMS messaging is an easier and more effective way to communicate with event attendees. Concierge was very easy to use from a cell phone, avoiding the need to be by a laptop 24/7. The option to pre-scheudle broadcasts was terrific and it was straightforward to add live broadcasts if need be. ### 4.
