Comtylink Reviews & Product Details

ComtyLink is an Australian-built building management platform for strata and residential property managers. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Australia, ComtyLink serves building managers across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. ComtyLink covers the full building operations workflow: maintenance request tracking, work orders, contractor management, building inspections, asset management, key management with NFC, QR code issue reporting, amenity bookings, resident portal, and contractor inductions — all in one platform. ComtyLink solves the fragmentation problem for building managers who juggle spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools. It replaces all of that with a single platform at transparent pricing ($2/unit/quarter, all features included), with a free 3-month trial and free data migration.
