## About Compute with Hivenet
Compute with Hivenet is a GPU cloud computing service that provides on-demand access to modern GPUs for artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, rendering, and scientific modeling. Delivered through Hivenet’s distributed cloud platform, it replaces traditional data centers with a global network of devices, making GPU computing more cost-efficient and sustainable. Hivenet’s Compute is designed for developers, researchers, and businesses who need reliable GPU performance without vendor lock-in or long-term contracts. Users can launch workloads on RTX 4090 and 5090 GPUs, which in many benchmarks deliver faster performance at lower cost than A100-based GPU clouds. Pricing is based on per-second billing through prepaid credits, ensuring transparent and predictable costs. The platform includes ready-to-use templates for quick deployment, custom templates for specific needs, and stop/start controls that allow workloads to be paused and resumed without extra fees. An auto top-up feature keeps jobs running smoothly by automatically replenishing credits. Hivenet’s distributed infrastructure also supports sustainable cloud computing. By using underutilized capacity across devices worldwide, rather than building centralized data centers, the platform lowers energy demand and environmental impact while still delivering enterprise-grade GPU power. Main features and benefits include: On-demand GPU access: Run workloads on RTX 4090 and 5090 GPUs for AI, ML, rendering, and research. Transparent billing model: Per-second billing with prepaid credits, no hidden fees or contracts. Flexible workload management: Pause, stop, and resume workloads at any time. Deployment options: Ready-made and custom templates for faster setup. Sustainable infrastructure: Distributed cloud reduces reliance on data centers. Compute with Hivenet is suitable for startups, enterprises, and research teams who need high-performance GPU cloud services at a lower cost. It offers a practical and sustainable alternative to conventional GPU cloud providers.

## Compute with Hivenet Reviews
  ### 1. Clear UI, Fast Onboarding, Smooth Payments, and European.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin Lazaro N. | Research intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

UI / UX: All information is easy to find. It is clear how to update hostname for ssh and how to terminate an instance. Quick onboarding and good documenation.
Independence: European, I like that. Paying worked for me better than with vast.ai.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

GPU is not always available.
Less European options than hoped.
Expensive compared to competition.
Paying that EU Premium does not always feel good.
I have to always setup the container before I can do my workflow.
Not sure if I should use an predefined image and how I would do that.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick access to GPUs, with an easy payment option and straightforward instance termination. I also appreciate having a European option. It lets me use Claude Code, which isn’t available on the free-to-use University or Lab clusters.

  ### 2. Green, Decentralized Compute with Powerful GPUs and Great Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grigor B. | Founder, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I like the idea that the services are green and decentralized, and that I’m not contributing to the big 3 DCs. The prices are much cheaper, and I can use very powerful CPUs/GPUs to train AI models. The GPUs they offer are a very powerful for running AI models, even directly from their interface. There’s also a nice choice of models already available during the setup process. Their support seems responsive and professional.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

I would like to see more services apart from compute. Scalability, DNS management, resource changes on the go. That way, I will migrate my entire business to Hivenet without depending on Big 3

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hivenet compute helps me get decentralized computes that are green, powerful and cheap. I simply like the idea

  ### 3. Affordable High-Performance GPU Access with Some Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shady g. | Member , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I like using Compute with Hivenet for its access to powerful consumer-grade GPUs at a reasonable cost, which is essential for working on compute-intensive tasks like digital twin technologies. I particularly appreciate their competitive pricing model and the accessibility with relatively low latency due to the strategic cluster locations.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

Sometimes it's a bit cumbersome to launch something onto the clusters and I end up wasting some compute resources. Initial setup was a 5/10; I left feedback to the team and it’s been improved. Some docs could've been improved at the time.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Compute with Hivenet for training 3D gaussian splatting scenes too large for my local GPU. It provides access to powerful consumer-grade GPUs at a reasonable cost.

**Official Response from Grigor Baghdasaryan:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback on our access to powerful consumer-grade GPUs and competitive pricing model. We have taken your feedback to heart and made improvements. We're glad to support your compute-intensive tasks and look forward to serving you better in the future.

  ### 4. Affordable GPU Rentals, but Invoicing and Email Support Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony L. | AI SEO Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

Inexpensive GPU rental. When I used it, it was $0.25 per hour for 24gb VRAM

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

Prices have increased, no way to print off an invoice for my accounting, and customer support does not answer emails (or they did not for me...though I emailed about the invoice about four times).

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap GPU rental. It is hard to fine-tune language models without a GPU, so being able to rent them at inexpensive prices is helpful.

**Official Response from Grigor Baghdasaryan:**

> Thank you for the honest feedback! Really glad the GPU pricing has been helpful for your fine-tuning work.

We're sorry to hear about the invoicing and support experience — that's definitely not the standard we aim for. We weren't able to locate your emails on our end, so we'd love to make this right. Could you reach out to us at support@hivenet.com? We'll get your invoice sorted straight away.

  ### 5. Economical, but Poor Customer Service

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I like the possibility of having a good number of inference models without paying monthly storage for it, which gives me peace of mind when testing various models. I also value that I don't need to buy an expensive GPU for my AI image inference problems, and that the cost is lower than using API services. The initial setup is very simple if you have knowledge of SSH and Docker, and you can quickly infer with AI models.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

Sometimes the instance doesn't load well and gets bugged. Out of nowhere, an extra cost of several dollars can appear. Also, the recent increase in the hourly rental of GPUs and better customer service. They don't respond to inquiries or complaints.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Computing with Hivenet avoids me having to buy an expensive GPU and is more economical than using API services. It gives me peace of mind to test various inference models without storage costs.

**Official Response from Grigor Baghdasaryan:**

> Thanks for your feedback. We are committed to providing great customer service and are always working on improving it. Please feel free to reach out to us via the chat interface of the compute directly whenever you need any help!

  ### 6. Fast, Affordable VMs for Research Experiments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I get my VMs in minutes and I can run my research experiments using only what I need CPUs or GPUs at a lower price compared to competition

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

I sometimes need to wait for a couple of hours to have the right number of GPUs available for what I need to do. Would love to be able to prebook instances and get a message when the GPUs are available

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solve for me is getting to know where my workload is happening, depending on the experiments I need to run I can choose between France and USA which is a must have in some situations.

**Official Response from Grigor Baghdasaryan:**

> We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that our service is meeting your research needs. We understand the importance of GPU availability and will explore options for pre-booking instances and notifying users when GPUs are available.

  ### 7. Affordable Compute Power, Moderate Usability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I really like the attractive pricing of Compute with Hivenet. It's a good value because it provides a lot of flops for the money you spend. Also, I think they're responsive when I had an issue and reached out to them on Discord.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

I think it was kind of not very clear how the way it was, like, container within a container created some issues for me. And it wasn't obvious why it wasn't working because I didn't really understand the strange setup they use. That's kind of not conventional to, like, container within container. Just meant that when I wanted to run my container, it didn't really work. That was my biggest issue.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Compute with Hivenet for machine learning experiments. It provides good value by offering a lot of flops for the dollar spent.

  ### 8. Amazing Support, but Pricing Feels Out of Touch

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

Support is amazing! I got so much help on an issue and they quickly repsonded.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

I think the pricing is silly in 2026. I can rent an A100 for 75 cents an hour, and sadly GPUs have diminishing returns. If an A100 gets the job done five times faster, then to me the value is probably only worth about four times more.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to train models. The main benefit for me was the cost, but unfortunately that’s no longer a strong value. I did appreciate having extra money in my account when you raised the prices, but over the long term the value just isn’t there.

  ### 9. Simple setup, but GPU availability limited

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Compute with Hivenet?**

I appreciate the cost savings from the "Pay-as-you-go" model with Compute with Hivenet, as I don't have to bear high hardware costs. I particularly like the simple pricing and the fact that I can quickly implement my tasks. Additionally, I find it very easy to set something up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Compute with Hivenet?**

That GPUs are very often sold out. That is what I actually need. When I need an instance quickly, it is not possible because they are sold out.

**What problems is Compute with Hivenet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save costs because I can outsource computing power and don't have high hardware costs. The simple pricing and quick setup allow me to quickly implement my tasks.

**Official Response from Grigor Baghdasaryan:**

> We're pleased to hear that you find value in the cost savings and quick setup offered by our 'Pay-as-you-go' model. We understand your frustration with the limited availability of GPUs and are actively working to expand our inventory to better meet the demand. Your feedback is important to us as we continue to improve our services.
