When we initially started conducting third-party vendor due diligence as part of compliance, the team was very helpful in explaining the workflow and how we could complete the process on time. The report provided as part of the security assessment was useful for meeting client and audit requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ComplyScore by Atlas Systems? The system could be a bit tricky to use, especially since the interface didn’t feel very friendly. We noticed that the follow-up communications from the security assessment team to our customers weren’t as effective. So, we decided to step in and handle all the follow-ups ourselves. Looking ahead, we realized that the security assessment reports failed to reference the correct documents and were often reused from previous reports, resulting in a lack of customization for each vendor as part of the security assessment.
