ComplyLoft Redaction Reviews & Product Details

ComplyLoft Redaction is an AI-powered PDF redaction tool that combines automatic PII detection with customer-defined redaction rules. Users upload one or more PDF documents, arrange them in order, and run detection across configurable PII categories including names, addresses, dates, email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card details. Detected items are presented for human review: reviewers can remove flags that do not apply, confirm the remaining redactions, and download a single consolidated, redacted PDF. It is designed to support Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) response workflows, where personal data of third parties must be removed before disclosure, and can reduce manual redaction workload by up to 90%. Redaction output is always subject to human review before release; ComplyLoft does not guarantee compliance. Part of the ComplyLoft compliance and audit infrastructure platform, with a full audit trail of processing activity. ISO 27001 certified, with role-based access control, MFA, and tenant isolation.
