ComplyLoft Accessibility is an automated PDF accessibility remediation platform that adds semantic structure to PDF documents, supporting conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, PDF/UA (ISO 14289-1), and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act, ADA Title II, and Section 508. The platform auto-tags document content, repairs reading order, adds heading hierarchy and table markup, and prompts for missing alternative text. It supports both ad-hoc remediation through a web interface and high-volume batch processing via API. For simple, high-volume documents (bank statements, billing notices, standard letters), template-based processing reduces per-document effort from hours to minutes following initial configuration. For complex, design-heavy documents (annual reports, marketing brochures, policy documents), automated processing handles the structural heavy lifting so that qualified reviewers can focus on verification and sign-off. Designed for regulated organisations with large document portfolios: financial services, higher education, legal services, healthcare, and public sector institutions. ISO 27001 certified. Deployed on dedicated cloud infrastructure in the EU.

ComplyLoft Auditor checks documents and structured data against configurable scorecards. Any standard that can be expressed as a set of criteria can be used as the basis for assessment: regulatory codes (Consumer Protection Code, DORA, MiFID II), internal governance frameworks, brand and communications standards, or clinical protocols. Teams create or select a scorecard, upload the relevant standards, and run the scorecard against the documents or data to be reviewed; the Auditor performs a gap analysis and delivers a detailed response against each question. Outputs are potential gaps flagged as a structured starting point for qualified human review - not confirmed non-compliance and not a final verdict. ComplyLoft does not guarantee compliance. The Auditor also supports call centre quality assurance through the same scorecard infrastructure: AI-powered transcription, optional PII redaction and toxicity screening, scorecard evaluation, and knowledge-base verification, so organisations can assess every call rather than a small sample. Designed for regulated organisations in financial services, medical and pharmaceutical, and the public sector. ISO 27001 certified, with full audit logs, role-based access control, MFA, and tenant isolation.

ComplyLoft Redaction is an AI-powered PDF redaction tool that combines automatic PII detection with customer-defined redaction rules. Users upload one or more PDF documents, arrange them in order, and run detection across configurable PII categories including names, addresses, dates, email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card details. Detected items are presented for human review: reviewers can remove flags that do not apply, confirm the remaining redactions, and download a single consolidated, redacted PDF. It is designed to support Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) response workflows, where personal data of third parties must be removed before disclosure, and can reduce manual redaction workload by up to 90%. Redaction output is always subject to human review before release; ComplyLoft does not guarantee compliance. Part of the ComplyLoft compliance and audit infrastructure platform, with a full audit trail of processing activity. ISO 27001 certified, with role-based access control, MFA, and tenant isolation.
ComplyLoft is a Compliance and Audit infrastructure platform for highly regulated organisations, powered by AI. Its three products - Accessibility, Auditor, and Redaction - automate the groundwork of document compliance: remediating PDFs towards accessibility standards (EAA, PDF/UA, WCAG), auditing documents against configurable regulatory and internal scorecards, and redacting PII for DSAR and FOI workflows. ComplyLoft reduces manual effort and supports compliance workflows; it does not guarantee compliance - all outputs require review and sign-off by a qualified person. ISO 27001 certified; ISO 42001 and SOC 2 conformant. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
