"Automated rule-based pricing for enterprise retail"

What do you like best?

I work in sdvor.ru, online retailer of building and finishing materials in six regions of Russian Federation. Price tracking of the product categories in our industry is quite time-consuming: huge assortment, wide geography of distribution, commodity differences among competitors. Competera allows us to assess the situation on the market and control our price positioning. In the meantime, Competera flexibly reacts to requests and skillfully adapts the product to the features of our business. We thank the Competera team for the efficient product, quick support and personalised approach.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see more detailed statistics regarding the delivered data, e.g. how many data points were delivered for each competitor, product category etc. Sometimes, it may be difficult to make adjustments in the account by myself, when I want to add or delete some items / competitors or product matches.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. Clear competitive data for repricing.

2. Price tracking for wide assortment.

3. Control the price positioning of the shop in online channel.

"Highly qualified price monitoring for brands"

What do you like best?

I like Competera for solving complicated tasks just in time they promised. For instance, I had a goal to monitor prices from challenging marketplace. I was interested in report of MAP violations by key positions. I know that was technically difficult task for Competera, and they handled the problem of scanning the complex website.

What do you dislike?

I work with Competera since 2017 and I can’t say that I have some outstanding concerns about product or customer support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Delonghi group (Delonghi, Kenwood, Braun) is an Italian brand of domestic appliances located in 40 countries. The right price for our product is valuable for our brand. My goal is to ensure a good selling price within the region. Competera solves the problem of my awareness of pricing in our distribution channels. Due to information from Brand Intelligence product I always know the current price of our products so that I can prevent bad tendencies.

"Price tracking for sales and revenue growth"

What do you like best?

I love the fact that spreadsheet pricing is dead to me. Since I started using the pricing platform the pricing in Watsons doesn’t depend on the human eye, so that I don’t worry about mistakes any more.

I’m sure that I can achieve my KPI’s and even more. As a result, the revenue of the shop is going up and I can earn more for myself. Saving time on manual checking of competitors’ prices, promotions and assortment, I can concentrate on strategic tasks. My job gets more profitable and ambitious thanks to the automation of pricing!

What do you dislike?

There’s not much to dislike about Competera. Any problems are solved in a couple of hours by the tech support team. If I had a specific request on the rules of repricing, I only need ask and it appears on my dashboard.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problems I’ve solved with competera are:

1. I stopped wasting time on manual checking of thousands of competitors’ SKU’s.

2. I achieve my KPI”s and bring more revenue to the shop.

3. I focus on strategic issues not on routine tasks.

"Good rule-based repricing for SMB"

What do you like best?

I use the rule-based repricing of Competera to adjust the prices on children's products and toys. Our repricing is customized what means that we get the proposition of new prices on the base of selected competitors, product categories, and promotional offer. The other reason why our company works with Competera is that we can make the repricing considering the offline prices.

What do you dislike?

I think they can develop the rule-based repricing with customer opportunity to make changes to repricing rules in the user interface.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I saved online my time on daily pricing more than five times using automated repricing tool.

As a result our pricing strategy is based on different rules for price changes under my business tasks.

"Precise competitive data for midsize business "

What do you like best?

The best thing I like in Competitive Data from Competera is a good value for money and the quality of services. I use the product and see the ROI for my business.

What do you dislike?

There was one typical for data delivers companies issue with Competera - we could not track the quality of data. But now (that was a good idea) guys added a new feature so I can check the status of data and make correct pricing decisions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We hired Competera price optimization tool to get enough reliable data for competitive intelligence. As a result, we increased the sales rate, revenue, and implemented an advertising campaign much more efficient.

"brand intelligence for respected brands"

What do you like best?

Panasonic places a high value on brand image and that’s why we maintain and protect the right price positioning. Competera brings us such a wide market vision and the current price policy of resellers. The system of automated notifications within the dashboard helps manage the alerts with price violations in an online channel. As a result, we can build good relations with our resellers, being sure about Panasonic brand image in consumers’ eyes.

What do you dislike?

I’ve work with Competera for about a year and I know, the team is  laser focused on improvement. I should say they know how to surprise us within the product. I believe, in a little while they will lead the product to total perfection

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The key challenge for every brand is to support proper price perception. With Competera I can control the situation with pricing for our products in only a few clicks

"Very usefull"

What do you like best?

Our company collaborates with Competera from 2016. I am a new user of Competera repricing software. I like that I can rely on quality data to make profitable repricing. I also appreciate that I can set more ambitious goals with the help of pricing software.

What do you dislike?

Everything is working great with a product. I think there is one thing where Competera can upgrade. It will be great if I could get the automated notification when the product matchings are completed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My goals are (1) to optimize pricing with an automated repricing tool, (2) simplify my daily job with the help of e-mail alerts, (3) automate the renewal of assortment via API integration. After not so long utilization of the product, I see I can achieve my goals in short time.

"Facilitated work with MAP violators "

What do you like best?

I use Competera Brand Intelligence solution in order to protect the minimum advertised price. I received all the required data on the actual retail price. Once a month, I requested the statistics on price violations, and Competera delivered a special report which facilitated working things out with violators.

What do you dislike?

They need more functionality when it comes to using this tool for forecasting. Great on customer support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I started controlling the assortment in stock on the website. Over the course of a year, Сompetera was tasked with the monumental challenge of monitoring the specific websites.

"Competitive Data & Brand Intelligence "

What do you like best?

The dashboard of Competera is my daily tool for pricing. The best thing to highlight is the richness of the interface, so I can use it intuitively and find all the insights I need. I also like the option of price index and good work of support team.

What do you dislike?

I would add to the system the option of making screenshots of price violations.

I use two products - Competitive Data and Brand Intelligence. Both products meet my objectives:

1. Define the market positioning of my online shop.

2. Get the precise data on competitors for optimal price adjustments.

"Well done price perception"

What do you like best?

Two months ago we started receiving market insights about our competitors from Competera pricing software. Competera offers lightweight integration, actual and reliable data, good support, and information updates due to Elkor needs.Their method of collecting data did not cause an overload of our website, so we were able to work in a habitual flow.

What do you dislike?

I should mention, Competerais not the cheapest solution, but it worth to pay for quality of pricing platform and the services provided.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Now we have more purchases in categories with product analogs towards our implacable competitor. The metrics on sales, stock turnover and margins increased in our store and I think the good pricing based on data is the reason.
