Community Phone Reviews & Provider Details

Community Phone delivers plug and play, reliable business phone service with unlimited U.S. calling and no internet required. Use it physically through our base unit, a wireless device that connects your existing phone to our network, or virtually via our mobile app or desktop dashboard. Built for Main Street businesses that do not work behind a desk, like auto body shops and hair salons, it gives you the flexibility to stay connected wherever you are. Forward calls, set custom rules, ring your whole team at once, read voicemails, send and receive SMS, and automatically text customers when calls are missed. Features include Advanced Call Forwarding, IVR and Dial Menu, Customized Greeting, Cloud Voicemail, and Live Transfer, all manageable through our dashboard or with help from our B2B support team. Every account includes a dedicated account manager and priority support with wait times under 30 seconds. Features vary by plan.
