What do you like best about Configio?

We used Configio and Pathable during the pandemic to run our virtual conference. The software was easy enough to use and at the time of running the conference, we received the support needed to execute our programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Configio?

Customer service. When we tried to renew our contract for the next year for just Configio, the team could not even get it together enough to get through the sales process, and we left for another solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
