Also you can connect multiple accounts and business locations to sync to multiple accounting solutions seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Commerce Sync?** The price is a bit higher especially for those with multiple accounts or business locations to sync to.Also inventory sales transfer is not also supported which makes it a bit tricky for multiple account users or multiple business location data to sync.Customer support was slow to respond to my queries. **What problems is Commerce Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales data automation, automated book keeping and syncing of multiple sales data and business location data, this has increased my business productivity time, saved a whole lot of book keeping time for me and eliminates manual mistakes i often make when collecting data manually. ### 3. It would make it easier for ordering product and supplies. I just have to manage that part in the POS instead. **What problems is Commerce Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** CommerceSync is Transferring the sales data from our Clover point of sale account to quickbooks online automatically every day. Also, the customer support service is quite quick and helpful. **What do you dislike about Commerce Sync?** The thing that I dislike the most is the fact that all the transactions performed by the company is routed through Commerce Sync servers and hence involve a third party. This raises the issue of confidentiality. **What problems is Commerce Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Commerce Sync helps us solve multiple accounting-related problems where previously all the tasks were been done manually. The utility set up was super simple, the guidance on the website was easy to follow also. I have done bookkeeping for 2+ years for a company and this tool has made it seemless. **What do you dislike about Commerce Sync?** The cost wasn't as cheap as I imagined but since it performed seamlessly I do think it was worth it. **What problems is Commerce Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially it was hard to figure out the mapping of clover to Xero categories; however reaching out to support helped clarify and iron out wrinkles in the process. ### 9. If there was the ability for connectivity between could systems and this to allow for more dada then commerce sync would he over the top. **Recommendations to others considering Commerce Sync:** Make sure that when using it to see if its compliant with your data storage. If not find an expedited solution to allow for data consolidation. **What problems is Commerce Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** With commerce sync, we are getting rod of the holes that some of our data slips through. Instead, we are given a financial tool to evaluate market responses, prices and output. This allows us to strategize our next steps far more easily. Therefore this isnt just a short term tool used analytics, it helps us formulate business ventures in the long run ### 10. In our case we had some complicated transactions in Stripe that needed to be synced up with our QuickBooks online account. Some custom programming needed to be done and that's something Commerce Sync had to do on their end, so we didn't pay anything for it (other than our time). And now we are very happy with the results and our our accountant doesn't need to do anything manually to match the transactions. This was the primary reason for us to choose this system. These guys are pretty nerdy and know this stuff very well, so it was very pleasant working with them. We had a couple conference calls where all our questions have been answered and we also had to answer a lot of questions for them ;). Thank you Stephen for making this work and spending many hours helping us out. **What do you dislike about Commerce Sync?** The service is still being developed but they listen to their customers and I have no doubt they will have an even better product down the line. **Recommendations to others considering Commerce Sync:** Make sure you understand what you are trying to accomplish and if this process will be better for you than what you currently have. Not a single feature. Price is a crime for what you are getting. All sales that are performed by your company is washed through Commerce Sync servers, and that means you are submitting your customers data to third party and not giving them a chance to opt out. This is absolutely unacceptable. **What do you dislike about Commerce Sync?** 1. Item are not imported, instead they are imported as Clover item 2. Multi item sale is replaced by sale of one item "Clover Item" 3. You have to go in and manually redo the entire days worth of invoices **Recommendations to others considering Commerce Sync:** Pressure the Commerce Sync to think as an accounting software user and not software developer.
