CommentWarden Reviews & Product Details

CommentWarden protects Instagram comments for brands and agencies. Rules you set hide scams, spam and abuse (hidden, never deleted, and any hide can be undone), while buyer questions and complaints go to one inbox with AI reply drafts that a person approves before anything is posted. When an account connects, a first scan reads up to 30 days of comments and hides nothing, so teams see what needs attention first. Agencies run every client in one workspace with separate rules, brand facts, team access, connection links (clients connect their own accounts, no passwords shared) and shareable or scheduled client reports. Alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams (beta), email or signed webhooks. Plans: Starter $49/month (3 accounts, 10,000 comments), Growth $99 (10 accounts, 30,000 comments), Pro $249 (25 accounts, 100,000 comments), priced per workspace with no per-seat fees. 14-day free trial on up to 3 accounts, no card required. Currently supports Instagram posts and Reels.
