The interface is not user friendly making it difficult to navigate and handle tasks. One thing that is worse is how it provides site reports not allowing me to monitor and analyze performance. **What do you dislike about CommandWP?** And lets not forget about the backups and updates. They consumed me loads of time. Does not ensure my sites are always secure. They're not always there, for me whenever I encounter any issues. **What problems is CommandWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer support cis a bit lacking at times as users often face issues and unanswered queries. When it comes to customization options and integration with plugins CommandWP falls short in providing flexibility. The user interface also uses some work; it feels clunky and not very intuitive in its design. ### 2.
