What do you like best about Command|Link?

Onboarding team was fantastic! We had +/- 30 site circuits to move from incumbent vendor to CommandLink and went as flawlessly as possible! Ongoing support and engineering teams catch and alert us of circuit-down states typically faster than the site can report the outage to us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Command|Link?

What do you like best about Command|Link?

CommandLink simplified our implementation process by eliminating the need to manage separate contracts with each of our ISPs. Their support has also been excellent; they respond promptly to support events and automatically open tickets when necessary. I am eager to continue working with them in the long term and to gain even more value from their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Command|Link?

One minor issue I've encountered is that the subject lines of the automated alert emails are not very well optimized. They currently start with 'CommandLink Service Alert: Location Bandwidth|Link 500M/20M Cable Broadband Internet:', which occupies most of the visible space on a mobile device. As a result, the important 'Ping Up' or 'Ping Down' status is only visible at the very end. It would make more sense to have the Location and Ping Status at the beginning of the subject line, so it's easier to immediately understand the purpose of the alert. That said, I want to emphasize that this is a small issue—everything else has been excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
