Your intention to service shall be to help the customer with technical support or issues when he needs you. It is not like your intention became now that your software doesn't have the bug! I have none of my business that your software has a bug or not but 9days your team wasted my time and server payment were wasted due to your software being unable to locate the storage buckets. The backup server was restarted after that all my storage buckets are there but their support is wasting 9 days and still continued wasting time. While the "cloud" is great, I really prefer having control over the storage and the services provided. Comet allows me to host my own system, allowing me to provide my own storage. In my model, the software allows me to dedicate disks to each client or provide a chunk of shared space and increase it as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comet Backup?

The web control panel for the self-hosted product is my least favorite aspect. While I realize that this is the way most products do things these days, I find full applications to be much more manageable and responsive. Mind you, that's not to say the web interface provided is unresponsive, it's fine. I just prefer the experience typically found with a full application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Comet Backup:

Honestly, I've not found another product like it. The ability to self-host was critical to me. The agents and pricing are also important and they work well and update easily. I'm paranoid about data loss. While I provide what I feel is a robust security solution, as the saying goes, the bad guys only have to be right once while I have to be right all the time.
