"Excellent product backed up by excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about Comet Backup?

Ultimately it just works, it is much faster than previous products we have used, restores are a lot quicker, i like the fact the restore speed is consistent and takes around the same amount of time to backup a recent backup as it would if we tried to restore the first backup taken, no more waiting for incremental's to be merged.

Setting up backup sets is a simple process and only takes a matter of minutes to get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comet Backup?

There isn't much; as a newer product, it doesn't have all the plugins some of the competitors have, but we have seen new ones being added so im confident that any others that we are missing will be added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands down the best!"
5/5
What do you like best about Comet Backup?

Comet backup is hands down the most hands-off backup system we've worked with. All we need to really do is remember to update it when a new version comes out. Every management aspect is simple to use. I highly recommend using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comet Backup?

from time to time the admin backend will kick you out. not the end of the world, as we don't really log into it that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a software company that listens."
5/5
What do you like best about Comet Backup?

The support is outstanding. They listen and actually read questions and respond to every question posed in a complete and thorough manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comet Backup?

The support hours are opposite hours for the US. They do have after-hours support, but they are very limited in what they can do and usually only point you in the direction of an already documented issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
