Then they issue $8 credit to compensate for over $100,000 lost in revenue because we can't access our cloud based software due to internet outage. We can't help clients who walk in because the staff has been sent home. Outages happen fairly often in our office. It's so bad that I'm trying to add backup internet services with another company. **Recommendations to others considering Comcast Business:** Make sure you have a hot spot in case of outages. **What problems is Comcast Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide our internet, tv, and fax service. ### 3. We have had a technician out here once, which the customer service people over the phone said was cancelled so they couldn't see any notes about the service. They also still have us listed as the old business despite calling in multiple times letting them know that business is no longer here. The ONLY person that has been helpful was the technician that came to look at our cables. Customer service was a run around to get things scheduled. I suffered a setback during covid and had to terminate the service. Absolutely no help in resolving an early termination fee. **Recommendations to others considering Comcast Business:** With all of the options available for Internet without contracts, I advise you to explore those and avoid a contract with early termination fees if possible. It's obvious that Comcast was not willing to assist me even with Covid hardships causing my need for termination. **What problems is Comcast Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have severed ties with Comcast ### 7. If not, be ready for bad service. **What problems is Comcast Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Comcast Business is refusing to transfer my internet and phone service to the new owner of my business. Their customer service representatives make all kinds of promises to take care of the problem, but do not follow through. Two have even promised to call me back within 1 to 2 hours, but neither one did. The buyer and I have both been working on this for almost two weeks without resolution. Worst customer service experience ever! ### 8. Comcast Business is always a phone call away, unlike the customer service provided by so many companies these days. I do not recall having to wait more than a few minutes for them to answer the phone and knowledgeable people handled my questions. **What do you dislike about Comcast Business?** There is nothing I dislike. I have never had a problem with Comcast Business. I think they are a little bit on the expensive end of the range, but I believe that you get what you pay for. **Recommendations to others considering Comcast Business:** When looking for internet and/or telephone providers, be sure to include Comcast Business in your search. **What problems is Comcast Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Comcast Business for both the internet and telephone. I have never had a problem with downtime. When I had questions, I found their customer service to be responsive and excellent. I am quite pleased with Comcast Business. ### 9.
