Comana Reviews & Product Details

Comana is a company management platform for software companies. It combines project delivery, resource planning and HR operations on a single shared dataset, so software teams can manage tasks, capacity, timekeeping, leave and expenses without stitching together separate tools. Teams organize work in workspaces where each task has one accountable owner and moves through RASCI approvals on a Kanban board, Gantt timeline or canvas. Delivery projects are planned against real weekly team capacity, with rank, billing type, story points and developer assignments. Role-based dashboards give the CEO, engineering manager and tech lead their own view of the same data. HR modules cover check-ins, leave requests, company assets and expense refunds with in-place approvals, and employees can submit requests from their phone through self-service. Comana also includes a business development pipeline that links deals to projects, learning and development tools with training paths and a skill matrix, and policy publishing with read acknowledgement tracking. Each organization runs on its own dedicated database, and modules can be enabled as needed. Comana is designed for software outsourcing companies, agencies and product studios.
