**What do you like best about Colibri Payments?**

the charges and fees are lower though the platform is relatively new and less known by others i feel it has a solid potential to grow and outscale the shell even customer support is good

**What do you dislike about Colibri Payments?**

There has been instances where reaching out has been a real pain and the worst we would want is AI or ivr taking place instead of human as when it comes to payments and money the best thing to do is to involve human to human interaction, with the cryptocurrency i believe more flexibilty and pricing adjustment is needed but other than that use case is friendly , ease of use

**What problems is Colibri Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

receiving and sending cryptos has been easy ive not used it for bigger transactions so im not sure how well it would perform in terms of large transaction but so far its performance packed and well balanced other than the pricing

**What do you like best about Colibri Payments?**

Collibri Payments helped us receive and make payments in Crypto Currency, the best part about the platform is that payments can be availed 24*7 and on all days and it took us about 48 working hours to implement the payment gateway and the customer support has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Colibri Payments?**

Nothing that came to my knowledge while I used the services.

**What problems is Colibri Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ha helped us send and receive payments accross multiple cryptocurrency options and it was available to be used 24*7 giving us flexibility. The payment gatewat was quite quickly implemented and the users were made familiar with the system!
