## About COISafe
COISafe helps general contractors stop tracking subcontractor insurance in spreadsheets and email. Subcontractors upload their certificates of insurance and endorsements through a simple link, with no account or password to create. COISafe reads each ACORD 25 certificate with AI and fills in the carriers, policy numbers, limits and expiration dates. Your team reviews and approves every certificate, so a person always makes the final call. COISafe then checks coverage against your requirements, flags what's missing (like an additional insured endorsement or a limit that's too low), and tracks expiration dates. When a certificate is about to expire or has a problem, COISafe can email the sub for you and keep following up until they send a new one. On the Growth and Pro plans you can set different insurance requirements for each project and see which subs are cleared to work on which job. Built for small and mid-sized GCs who need real COI compliance without an enterprise contract. Unlimited users on every plan. 30-day free trial, no credit card. Plans start at $49/month.
