COI Keeper Reviews & Product Details

COI Keeper is certificate of insurance (COI) tracking software for small and mid-size general contractors working with 5 to 100 subcontractors. Forward the COI your sub emailed you, or upload a phone photo, and COI Keeper reads the policy types, limits and expiration dates automatically. Before coverage lapses, it emails reminders to the subcontractor with their insurance agent copied, including a link to upload the renewed certificate. Subs whose coverage has lapsed are flagged "Hold payment" so you know before you pay them. No spreadsheets, no chasing, no typing. Built for GC owners and office managers who track subs' insurance by hand today.
