CognitiveMetrics IQ Test Reviews & Product Details

CognitiveMetrics is a professional cognitive assessment and pre-employment screening platform offering both free and paid validated psychometric tests, including IQ assessments modeled after U.S. military classification instruments (AGCT, NGCT, APT), a comprehensive 17 subtest FSIQ cognitive battery with CORE, historical aptitude tests (1926 & 1980 SAT), a real-time IRT-engine adaptive CAT, Big Five personality assessment, and interactive benchmarks covering memory, reaction time, and spatial reasoning. Employers get a dedicated screening dashboard to purchase and distribute candidate invites, track completion status, and access detailed score reports with IQ-equivalent scores, percentile rankings against population norms, and verbal, quantitative, and spatial breakdowns, giving hiring teams objective, comparable data across candidates in any industry. Individual users can access both free and paid IQ tests, composite their scores in a proprietary cognitive dashboard, and share their cognitive profile publicly.
