Coggo AI Reviews & Product Details

Coggo AI is a voice-first AI scribe built specifically for veterinary medicine. Instead of typing up notes after every appointment, veterinarians simply talk through the exam — in the room or over a phone/telehealth call — and Coggo generates a complete, structured SOAP note in about 20 seconds. Vitals are extracted directly from natural speech (weight, temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, CRT, BCS and more), so there's no manual data entry. Every note is drafted for the vet to review and approve, keeping clinical judgment where it belongs. Unlike general-purpose or human-medicine dictation tools, Coggo is purpose-built for how vets actually work. It ships 150 specialty templates across 14 species and 17 medical categories, including structured formats where data beats prose — lameness grids, dental charts, and reproductive exams. Coggo works in 10 human-translated languages, so clinics can produce clinical notes and client-friendly summaries in their client's language, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. From a single recorded consultation, Coggo produces far more than a SOAP note. It generates client recaps, surgery reports, referral letters, discharge instructions, and ranked differential diagnoses — turning documentation that once took hours into a quick review. This helps solo practitioners and small-to-mid-size clinics reclaim time that clinical paperwork steals from patient care, and reduces the after-hours work that drives veterinary burnout. Coggo fits the tools clinics already use. It works with no EHR integration required, and connects to practice-management systems (PIMS) through a partner API — already integrated with Woovet and VETport, with appointments, patients, and clients syncing into Coggo automatically and finished notes syncing back on a click. Copy-paste and branded PDF export are available as a fallback for any system. Additional capabilities include multi-clinic operations, role-based permissions, an audit log, PDF export with clinic branding, and the ability to email SOAP notes and recaps to clients. Coggo is free to start — vets can generate real notes on live cases before committing — with Pro plans for unlimited notes and advanced features. Built by Harns Technologies, Coggo — "Mind's Best Friend" — is designed to give veterinarians their time back: less paperwork, more medicine.
