**What do you like best about Coensio?**

Coensio helps us to unlock the potentials by using very effective and short assessments. Their library is so huge and you can find whatever you want.
Even we can create our own assessments with a simple click and their pricing model is so affordable due to high customizations

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

Their platform would be more user friendly and ATS integration would be better. In addition to those, their improvement rate would be higher due to our feature requests.

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps us to not look at every resumes even candidates are unqualified. With Coensio tests, we can find the one who can do the job and technically more qualified than others even in 10 minutes

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

Mostly I am so busy to manage all of the recruitment process. Coensio gain me time for technical assessment. Furthermore, we can see all of the answers and we can understand the perspective of the candidate. I would recommend Coensio to my colleagues because it really shortened our recruitment process in terms of technical assessment. If you have trouble something about the process, I beleive that will be solved immediately because customes sucess department has skills to manage the process user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

Maybe they can increase the security measure in terms of camera survellience or by screen recording.

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shortened our technical assessment process. Coensio solved our problems in terms of time management.

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

I had no difficulty at all when using Coensio, which has a user-friendly interface and short test questions. Especially in a technical sense, the fact that their questions offer a good filtering has helped us a lot in the process of finding the right candidate.

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

The lack of testing in the field of marketing is the only negative feature we see for now. And we ourselves, as a company, do not add questions if we could add, we would like to evaluate the candidates in that field.

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Coensio, we didn't have to review individual cvs, and our recruitment process was less tiring and faster. It was very difficult for us to understand the technical competencies of the candidates

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

I have been using Coensio for 6+ months and, they helped me a lot with my hiring tasks as an analytics team hiring manager. They eased managing hiring funnels and, organizing applications of hundreds of users. Assessment questions are elective. And you can compare the result of an applicant to the whole applicants' averages. You can find a single users applications and assessment results and it also helps you a lot when dealing with hiring processes of similar positions.

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

They are a growing company, and of course, they might have some insignificant bugs in the system sometimes, but their response times about the reaction is generally good.

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant Acquisition, Hiring Funnel Management and Standard Prescreening. They can enable us to reach more applicants for technical positions, the applicants we might not reach via Linkedin. Also helps you to organize your hiring funnels, you can observe, create custom funnels and move every user to whichever phase they are.

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

In Coensio, which I like the most, it gives an advantage to identify the right candidate.  It provides the opportunity to identify the candidates who give the most accurate answers to the questions we ask in the candidates who apply to our advertisement.

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

English is the main thing I don't like about the Coensio portal, because not every candidate's English level may be enough to use the portal. if other languages are added, I can use it more easily

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My suggestion to other people who are thinking of using Coensio is to reduce the waste of time, I think it is a portal that everyone should definitely try when making an ad.

If Coensio has assessments according to different difficulties to eliminate candidates to help for final decision. And we are expecting artificial intelligence assessments more.

There is none of dislike about Coensio. It’s super user friendly. :)

There are a lot of applications and majority of them are not a good fit. For a while, we were screening all these candidates manually. With Coensio, they only shortlist the candidates who are a good fit

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

Since we use Coensio, we spend less time recruiting. It is very useful for us to see candidates score in the evaluation process. In addition, if you do not have a candidate tracking system, you can also use Coensio to follow candidates and send rejection.
We are very happy to work with Coensio :)

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

When we enter the candidate profile, a screen can be created for the return to candidates but this is a very small issue right now and they are in the process of evaluating it. I can say that the team is excellent and problem solver! :)

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If the candidate took the exam in a different company and got a score, we can see that score and there is no need to solve the exam again. In addition, different candidates are informed about our company's job ads in order to increase our applications.

Score-based hiring tool.This hiring tool shortlists the candidates with a less-than-20 minute & affordable assessments that prevent dropping candidates during the recruitment process so we can easily catch high potential candidates.

There's not much to dislike about this platform.

**What do you like best about Coensio?**

Coensio is one of the best assessment solution for gaming companies. Their number of questions for mobile games are a lot! You can pick the questions due to seniority level, position and your requirements.

**What do you dislike about Coensio?**

Their reports would be more detailed regarding candidate. They do not support camera and mic for some spesific roles. They don't allow you to download candidate list as an excel.

**What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely decreases my cv screening time as well as help me to interview more qualified candidates as a hiring manager. It also meets my posting with other candidates who don't apply to my job so they increase application volumes.

We can talk to their teams 1on1 to talk about our problems and they always come to us with a solution. The website is also very easy to use, you can modify it according to your needs. They have a lot of testing options, useful for different positions.

it is super easy to use. It uncloks the potentials even you may dismiss some of candidates. Coensio help you to find hidden gems in terms of it's large question pool.

they should have more options to increase number of applications. Their product improvement speed should be faster once they see a missing feature. it's all about it.

This is a strong advantage.
It simplifies the hiring department's technical recruiting time.

Linkedin and Kariyer.net coensio exam should be a required field. I think, candidates should not apply without completing the exam.

Since outgoing emails are automatically forwarded, they may end up in people's spam folders. Perhaps message information can be provided via phone.
