Coensio gain me time for technical assessment. Furthermore, we can see all of the answers and we can understand the perspective of the candidate. I would recommend Coensio to my colleagues because it really shortened our recruitment process in terms of technical assessment. I had no difficulty at all when using Coensio, which has a user-friendly interface and short test questions. I have been using Coensio for 6+ months and, they helped me a lot with my hiring tasks as an analytics team hiring manager. They eased managing hiring funnels and, organizing applications of hundreds of users. Assessment questions are elective. And you can compare the result of an applicant to the whole applicants' averages.
