They eased managing hiring funnels and, organizing applications of hundreds of users. Assessment questions are elective. And you can compare the result of an applicant to the whole applicants' averages. You can find a single users applications and assessment results and it also helps you a lot when dealing with hiring processes of similar positions. **What do you dislike about Coensio?** They are a growing company, and of course, they might have some insignificant bugs in the system sometimes, but their response times about the reaction is generally good. **What problems is Coensio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Applicant Acquisition, Hiring Funnel Management and Standard Prescreening. They can enable us to reach more applicants for technical positions, the applicants we might not reach via Linkedin.
