Ease of use, regular updates, I've never had to use anything else. Was super easy porting over my domain name and they handle the hosting. Customer support is fantastic, never waited long and always left with a problem being solved without waiting for hours, usually only minutes. Page builder is great, not too simple, not too complicated, the perfect middle ground that suits me perfectly. I'll probably use CodeDesign for all web related solutions I need. It is missing some integrations, but it's a very niche problem. Pretty much only writing this because I have to. Again, for what they have and do, I'll be a customer for a very long time. I don't use the AI as I like full control (which I'm given through the page builder), but from what I've tested and what I know of others, the AI would work perfectly for them. So don't let the AI scare you if you're as meticulous as me, they don't force it upon you. Without the AI, they'd still have a powerful offering without it, in my honest opinion.
