I would give Luca 10 stars if I could. He is literally one of the best providers I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any field - web development or otherwise.

From start to finish, Luca went above and beyond in all categories.

His communication: Excellent. Clear and thorough. Highly detailed when appropriate; short and to the point when appropriate.

His responsiveness: Exceptional. I could not believe the speed of his responses on several occasions. Never did I feel he was slow to respond - not once.

His knowledge and skill: Again, exceptional. Luca clearly is a true expert with all things WordPress (and digital in general) and pays attention to both my big picture objectives as well as the nitty-gritty technical details.

His attitude: Fantastic. Always personal, professional, and a joy to work with.

It's extremely rare that I write such glowing reviews but Luca is one of those very rare and truly special people who take pride in their work and just exceed expectations in every way (and I'm not the easiest person to please).

I have noticed that it timelines are usually missed by their coders of late and more so then when i joined about two years ago. They are understaffed and there are not enough developers but it beats out competitors and customer service there is very good and helpful when projects are taking long.
