I sometimes have technical issues with large quantities of documents. For instance, when I was uploading a few medical record files, CoCounsel Legal struggled because two of the files were thousands of pages each. I ended up breaking down the documents and submitted them separately, which worked better. It would be helpful if CoCounsel Legal could handle larger documents without needing tedious administrative tasks like breaking them down. Also, sometimes the tool is not correct. The upsides of using CoCounsel are that it cuts my legal research time down significantly. It also finds the relevant cases that I need with ease and it helps me avoid using tedious search terms in the search bar. CoCounsel can be very slow at times. I also didn't like how you had to upload matter files to each query, but that has since been fixed in the newest CoCounsel update. I also wish CoCounsel's integration with Microsoft Word was a bit more seamless. I feel that sometimes it attempts to edit my document too much when all I really want is for it to run inside Word to cut down on the number of windows I have open at once.
