They don't just make things up on the spot or try and aggresively sell you things you might not need. They are open and honest about what you actually need and even find ways to save you money if you need. **What do you dislike about Cobry?** Very little negativity I can say about Cobry but spinning it into a positive is they are often too busy to drop everything for a large project which is a testament to the demand they have rather than a negative of them not wanting to. If they could do everything you wanted them to at the drop of the hat, you would probably question how they were able to. **Recommendations to others considering Cobry:** If you are looking for friendly, approachable, honest google partners, then you couldn't go wrong by choosing Cobry. They vary the appropiateness of support depending on your role and as a Google Administrator (IT Manager ) then I have found myself coming back to Cobry in my last 2 roles as I was so happy with the relationship I have had with them. **What problems is Cobry solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide me with all the Google support and information I need without trying to upsell me as many partners do. ### 2. I don't need to do a haggling dance or check their responses. I know I get the best price and I know that they give me all their expertise. Most importantly they are not afraid to say that they need to come back to me if they are not 100% sure of the best answer. **What do you dislike about Cobry?** Honestly, Nothing! I am not a google convert. If it wasn't for Cobry I would not work with Google products. I wish there was a microsoft support company out there like them. **What problems is Cobry solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am alone in the IT department and with a background firmly in Microsoft I need to become Google proficient quickly. Cobry gave me Google admin training, helped me arrange training for my staff and have always been my trusted advisor. Great team, great dynamics, friendly, skilled support and connection. **Recommendations to others considering Cobry:** No bull, they are straightforward and determined to get it right for you as a customer. Quick to resoltion and good communication. Flexible support plans and lots of added value. Moving to Cobry was quick & simple & I wish I'd found them sooner. They are much more than a reseller & are a supplier I can trust to provide great service & expertise, not just a licence. ### 5. Alwasys try to make the customer's life easier and ensure easy implementation of Google. **What do you dislike about Cobry?** I haven't found downsides in wokring with Cobry. **What problems is Cobry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cobry is an official Google partner that handle everything in the Google workspace ecosystem. They also provide training sessions and ad-hoc support. Cobry successfully helped us earlier this year to completely migrate to Google Workspace. They handled all the logistics and made the migration really easy, requiring very little from our side. It's always a pleasure working with Rosetta and the team! ### 8.
