The geographic dispatching visual tools are highly responsive. Managing emergency spill responses across three states requires precise, instant coordination. Cobra Contact allows my dispatch team to see technician locations and communicate with impacted stakeholders simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Cobra Contact?**

The API documentation could use more depth. We encountered some minor friction points when syncing Cobra's data pipelines with our legacy accounting software, though their enterprise support team helped resolve it.

If you have a legacy ERP or custom accounting software, opt for their enterprise tier support right out of the gate. Having their technical team help map out your API endpoints saves weeks of troubleshooting.

I get contacted by several ‘lead gen’ companies every week. What struck me about Cobra Contact was its unique multi-channel approach and previous successes. They took a huge amount of time to really understand the minds of our clients and write copy that got a response. The results were better than expected.

**What do you like best about Cobra Contact?**

We worked with Cobra Contact on two separate occasions with our startup. They did all the customer research and got us scheduled appointments. Before working with them we were not receiving anywhere near the amount of inbound qualified leads we needed.

**What do you dislike about Cobra Contact?**

I wanted to work on commission only, but they insisted on a retainer up front. We made 4x what we paid anyway, but we would have made the decision quicker if we didnt have to pay a retainer.

They have a very unique multi channel approach and the results speak for themselves!

They are really a cornerstone of our marketing strategy now. Our revenue this month is going to double.
