**Describe the project or task CoboltForge GbR helped with:**

Achieve conjugate programs to meet a better service and thus provide optimal customer service and with truthful and efficient answers. Reduce the costs of programming and training because the software platform and with CoboltForge GbR we achieved it without much effort. 

**What do you like best about CoboltForge GbR?**

What I like about this tool is that I used development programs for high level transactions in the company, to combine new programs and comply with the service in all environments and achieve it without problems, also helps companies to adopt simple processes of software application development and reduces programming and training costs because the software platform helps developers create standardized and reusable modules. In addition, it leads to the development of applications and it is easy to integrate new component. I also use Hibernate, which belongs to JAVA EE. 

**What do you dislike about CoboltForge GbR?**

What I do not like is that I think you need to better manage incident resolution and response times. 

**Recommendations to others considering CoboltForge GbR:**

Technical support is available all day and you are informed about all the services. This really is very important when it comes to recommending that without support it would be difficult to start. 

**What problems is CoboltForge GbR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not none at the moment.
