You can see in real-time who is working on a specific job and what has been completed or needs to be completed beforehand. It is great to use Mosaic to manage a group of people to complete a project. **What do you dislike about Mosaic.?** I wouldn't say I like the beginning stages of using a new program to do a task. There is a lot to learn about the features included in Mosaic. So, that period of getting used to all it has to offer is the most difficult. You have to be patient with Mosaic; once you get the hang of it, you can use it proficiently. **What problems is Mosaic. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mosaic is helping end the chain of emails when it comes to delegating and checking in on who has completed a specific part of a task. Email chains are very annoying quite honestly, so it's nice to have a visual of what is being completed or needs to be finished. ### 8.
