Clubward Reviews & Product Details

Clubward is a cloud-based club and community management platform for swim and tennis clubs, sports and social clubs, community centers, membership organizations and HOAs. It connects memberships, payments, facilities and daily operations so staff and volunteers can spend more time serving their community. Manage member and household records, membership plans and renewals, dues, invoices and payments, check-in, guest passes and waivers from one workspace. Bring reservations, classes and events, staff scheduling, member communications and reporting into the same day-to-day workflow. Members have an online portal to view their membership and household details, access account and payment information and manage bookings. Staff can work with shared records and role-based permissions, with activity logs that help keep changes accountable. Start with the core platform and add eligible capabilities to match your club's needs. Guided onboarding, migration planning and training help teams move from spreadsheets or another platform. Clubward also offers optional website design, WordPress hosting and maintenance, business email and SEO services.
