**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

There are a variety of tools in cloverleaf that will allow you to gain insight into the personalities of your team. One of the best features allows you to see 2 team members side by side and gives suggestions on how they can best communicate.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish I could expand some of the views to show the full name of the team members and not just the icon of each individual.
It would also be nice to see changes over a period of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Excellent tool, get leadership buy in for purchasing.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If we know how each other processes information and what motivates each other, we can communicate with each other more effectively and align on commonalities.
We are more effective with our interactions because of this tool.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for sharing your review. We're glad that you use the team member comparison view. Great feedback about seeing changes over periods of time. We hope that you continue to find that Cloverleaf is a helpful tool for your coaching practice.

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Thinking styles comparison, team role grid, client navigator, daily calendar insights are all incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I don't dislike anything related to the Cloverleaf platform, but would like to see it expand to a mobile application for ease of use as our people get back to normal travel schedules.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managers with new team members are finding incredible value here getting to know their people quickly and maximizing their effectiveness. Calendar digest and coaching tips would be a close second.

  ### 4. Learning about my teammates is super helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love being able to compare my strengths and weaknesses with my teammates and learning how to work with them more effectively. I also like the daily email summaries about people I am meeting with that day.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish I could more directly import some of my past test results into the site

Understanding others on your team creates a synergy that is otherwise difficult to attain. Cloverleaf really helps bring teams together and makes everyone feel more known, understood, and appreciated.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. Fantastic Interface! Built Confidence! Love Cloverleaf!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline W. | Title V H.S.I. Engagement & Communications Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love having a place to store results from my favorite personality tests all in one cohesive place! Being able to reflect back on my results from various tests has greatly benefitted my life. My husband and I have a "Team" account, so we can compare and learn more about how to best communicate in our relationship, too. Personality tests are awesome, and anytime they come up in conversation I recommend Cloverleaf to those I'm chatting with! I'm sure I sound irrationally in love with this product, and that's because I am!

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I only wish there were more tests to take. The more tests I've taken, the more I've learned about myself, so having more tests available would make me love Cloverleaf even more (though, I'm already a super fan). I'll add, as well, that it would be fantastic to have integration with LinkedIn. This might exist already, come to think of it, but if not then that's something to consider!

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Run, don't walk! Cloverleaf is a great tool to understand yourself and your working style better. The Customer Service representatives are incredible and attentive, as well.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have learned more about myself as I've reflected on my results and built confidence in my abilities. Having Cloverleaf as an easy-to-read and easy-to-find place to store all of my results (rather than strew across sticky notes on my desk) has been invaluable. Thank you!

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the glowing review. Our Customer Success team is a fantastic team and we are proud of how responsive and attentive they are to our customers. We're glad that you've made Cloverleaf a replacement for your sticky notes and a valuable part of your daily work.

**Reviewed by:** Shery C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

Having all of my assessments online in one place and the ability to see how they interrelate. Ideally would love to have more of my colleagues on the system so that I could benefit from their insights.

  ### 11. The Virtual Coach I've been looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Chief Innovation Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf is incredibly accurate in its forensics and insights into my team of ~15. What started off as a beta for me and a handful of my direct reports quickly accelerated to an annual subscription model. I'm in the process of evaluating for a much larger employee base throughout our organization. As is the basis of Cloverleaf, we've already identified tangible benefits among our small work group, leaders, and project managers. While some elements may seem innately elementary if someone has taken personality tests previously, Cloverleaf distills down to an individual, 1:1, or team-based impact where personality variances are not always identified, surfaced, and addressed.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

So far, nothing stands out as a dislike along the lines of "it must be fixed". If anything, the consistent remarks among our team are the daily, weekly email that identified self-characteristics in addition to how best to interact with a specific colleague. It's FRIGHTENINGLY accurate to the point where, in the early days of use, individuals would send their coaching emails to the other member asking what was said, entered, shared that made the snapshot incredibly accurate.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

What started as an exercise to improve project management and subject matter expert relational issues has morphed broadly into day-to-day awareness needs. We all to often forget the basics of personality differences and interpretive inclinations. Cloverleaf absolutely is that virtual and stunningly accurate coach that offers gentle reminders through the end-user's preferred notification solutions. I have personally benefited from understanding the fine nuances of individuals and what works best for both of us. Cloverleaf has also helped address the breakdown in communications, where the gap occurred, and what we can do as an individual or team to mitigate the same in the future.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a siloed organization not too long ago, where decisions were only made among key executives. Sadly, this placed our up-and-coming leaders at a disadvantage to effectively project manage, make strategic decisions on their own (with the support of their subject matter experts), and stand by their work. The silo approach provided an out for lack of decision making, poor project execution, and limited accountability. Even among our small team of fifteen, project managers are more aware of their team's capabilities and their own foibles. It is both humbling and rewarding.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> So happy to hear this has helped your team - small and mighty it sounds like!

  ### 12. Why I really love Cloverleaf and yes I and my friends have used it before!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolette D. | Head web developer/ Co-owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I am learning more about myself and how I work with others. I really like being able to see how the different people in my team can work together and how you can make smaller indivdual teams and assign people who have specific Roles.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The fact that I can only have five people on a trial team. I would like up to 10, and I would consider paying for it after that. It would allow me to compare my working style with a more extensive range of people.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Use it to discover more about yourself before you start giving it to your team; that way, you know how better to use the system and how you work with your other team members.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am noticing how well certain people work together, helping me and my other half work better together. We have both created a team for ourselves, and it has given us beautiful ideas on how to work together.

  ### 13. Comprehensive, growth-mindset for team building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kacey B. | Student Services Coordinator, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I appreciate that so many assessments are compiled in one place. This facilitates the ability to see how motivation, thinking and preferred styles come together for one person. That enables folks to have a greater understanding of best communication practices for each team member.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I have not found anything to dislike regarding the Cloverleaf site. I hope to have this accessible for all future team-building efforts at all future employment opportunities.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf has enabled comprehension of personality styles so that all are better equipped to communicate effectively with compassion/understanding for one another.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Happy to hear about the better comprehension of personality styles!

  ### 14. User Friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Youth Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

This site is so easy to navigate, and has so many cool features and tools. I love that I have access to a multitude of tests and assessments, and that my results are formatted in a way that is easy for me to understand. The ease of having all of my test results in one dashboard is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The tests are long and take a bit of time to complete, but the thorough results are worth the effort. It feels tedious and annoying in the moment, but i would rather take a long test with accurate and precise results than a short test with vague answers.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have learned a lot about myself and my own personality through Cloverleaf. this has helped me grow personally, become a better leader, and strengthen my personal relationships. Learning more about myself and the way I operate has been useful in each and every aspect of my life.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Brian - we appreciate your positive feedback on the assessment-aspect of Cloverleaf!

  ### 15. Best product for a more productive culture!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I know my people better and they know me better. Then we can communicate more effectively. Our interpersonal communication is better than it’s ever been.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Not sure. It has been a game changer. For sure.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

I can’t recommend this product enough. Whatever the cost to your organization, the return is exponentially more. We save time and money with the increase in precise communication. I assure you that you will nit regret using this system if you implement it and take full advantage of its features. A+++++

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have learned how to approach each other with the approach that works best for the receiver. That way they get the message more clearly. Communication is then shorter and more direct. Things are not getting lost in translation.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Love to hear the "game changer" nature of Cloverleaf!

  ### 16. Excellent Platform for Enhancing Individual and Team Performance in the Flow of Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sue B. | Investor Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf helps me quickly and effectively build productive relationships with my client teams. Understanding my clients' preferred thinking styles, communication styles, strengths, and personality types really helps me to be more effective in my consulting practice.

Since Cloverleaf integrates with my email and my calendar, I automatically get helpful insights relevant to improving my effectiveness in interpersonal communications and interactions with clients (as well as colleagues, connections, etc.). When desired, I can also call up individual client profiles for a deeper more comprehensive view of their preferences.

Each day, I get a brief email with personalized development tips that raise my awareness about my own work style or communication preferences and how these may be perceived by others - so I can adjust when needed to be more effective.

Further, I can go to my personal dashboard at any time to get more specific, detailed personal development advice as well as connections to relevant reading and resources.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I simply wish that I could get more of my clients, contacts, and connections to use Cloverleaf so I could build stronger relationships with them.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People have a wide range of different thinking styles, communication styles, strengths, and personalities - which can be both wonderful and challenging. As an innovation consultant, who is frequently working with diverse teams, I need ways to quickly understand how different team members think, feel and communicate - which helps me to more effectively build their capabilities as individual innovators as well as team collaborators. Cloverleaf is a terrific platform for me to use as part of my client engagements. Plus, it enables my clients to continue to build their team and individual performance on an ongoing basis between engagements providing them with additional value over the longer term.

  ### 17. Beautiful, practical, elegant platform that solves traditional assessment challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorie M. | CMO and Executive Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love 5 big things about Cloverleaf:
1) Eliminates the "forgetfulness" problem of reading your assessments and forgetting them a week later. Keeps them top-of-mind.
2) Allows the blending and synergy of multiple assessments in one place, instead of having them all separate.
3) Lets users benefit from the "nuggets" of useful information bubbling up from the multiple assessments, instead of users having to become a semi-expert personally on each assessment and understanding it. Users get the benefit without the work.
4) Allows teams to blend and map their collective results in one place where the information is usable and accessible.
5) Drips of email coaching tips and calendar and Slack integration bring the tips forward to the user, instead of having to always intentionally visit the dashboard and log in.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Nothing, really! The team is extremely supportive and responsive as well, all good!

Minor issue-- there are some typos/misspellings on some of the written reports DISC/16 Types.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of ease of administration of assessments-- plug in an email invite, inform the person to look for it, and you're done. Also solves the problem of having to be some sort of trained and certified expert to be able to utilize the information.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Gotta love the "nuggets of useful information" - thank you for your comments!

  ### 18. Exceptional resource for any organization to quickly break down walls and start building teams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe F. | Assistant Vice President People Engagement , Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf allows me to prepare for interactions with my team and eliminates any uncertainty, which leaves my team open to connect and collaborate. The ability to go into a meeting prepared in such a way that gives my message the greatest chance of being heard has ripple effects that go well beyond my team. The insight into what might help strengthen or build trust with my coworkers, takes work that could take months and months to figure out if ever, and dramatically reduces that amount of time allowing the team to be more productive and collaborative.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There are times where it would be helpful to see real life scenarios/examples used to provide greater detail. If when working with a colleague there I'm informed that a team member sees everything in black and white with no grey area; to go deeper and read about possible real life situations that might arise and providing examples of how to apply the information.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Don't just take the time to complete the instruments and let the information sit. This is truly a game changer for any organization, you owe it to your leaders and employees to use the information and coach leaders and employees how to put the information into practice.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is breaking down walls that we all put in place to keep us safe from the unknown. We have the potential to fundamentally shift how we approach talent acquisition. Instead of good employees leaving because they aren't able to communicate with their leader or they aren't getting the feedback, clarity, connection or growth opportunities; we're able to open those lines of communication as well as put employees with leaders and teams that are the best fit.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Joe - thank you for all the positive remarks! In terms of the "real life scenarios" feedback - we are continuously working on coaching content and will be majorly ramping up our content shortly!

  ### 19. Getting to know you...getting to know all about you...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry B. | VP Head of Transformational Change, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

It is being able to look up a particular teammate and seeing tips on how to best interact with them. As a manager of a new team, for them to see the same about their peers and me is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I don't seem to be able to respond in a way that gets me a result for the instinctive drives assessment.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting to know new teammates better - faster bonding, learning, and effective teamwork.

  ### 20. Cloverleaf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

It was easy to navigate & complete. The assessment was thorough but not long-winded. I like the fact that it includes a Personality Profile AND a DISC Analysis. I leart a lot about myself/

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I can not fault it at all. I particularly like the report dashboard.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping personality and skills to tasks. Driving key results this way.

  ### 21. My favorite team-building tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate W. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

My favorite thing about CloverLeaf is that they offer a series of assessments to help you better understand yourself and the way that you work. I also love the dashboard feature where you can see what each of your teammate's personalities are in conjunction with one another! I think it's awesome that you're able to see ways you might thrive together, as well as potential trouble spots. Having a greater understanding of yourself AND your teammates only helps your team grow stronger!

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I don't like that there are some features that you have to pay for.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges I face is understanding how my teammates/co-workers operate. CloverLeaf has given me and my teammates the ability to understand better and respect one another even more. Because I understand my teammates better because of CloverLeaf, I am able to more effectively communicate and adapt to their work style. I now recognize and appreciate the different qualities that each of my teammates brings to the table. Overall, we are able to work better together and do our jobs better than before.

  ### 22. Be the leader you want to be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew S. | Chief Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

We all know that Myers-Briggs and other personality tests are super important to a high functioning team, and inviting workplace... The problem is that none of us has the time or expertise to manage the thousands of potential personality or actions. Cloverleaf lets me care for my people the way they want to be cared for, and to eliminate frinction between team members before it starts.

I love the soft alerts and email nudges I get about each of my team members. It's like a goodwill faary living in the office.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

While the Cloverleaf dashboards and tools are very user friendly, they do take time out of the day to use. Also it is labor-intensive to get all of the test data entered into the system at the front end.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am constantly in meetings with just two or three of my 20 person team. I also send out small teams to my customer each month. The teams tool allows me to quickly assess the strength and weaknesses of a specif small team. This allows me to coach them on their gaps before I send them out

  ### 23. Wonderful Assessment Partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler T. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The Cloverleaf team is wonderful. They are supportive, helpful, and responsive. The team helped us pilot Cloverleaf and eventually roll it out across our team. Cloverleaf is user-friendly and insightful. Our team and culture has grown stronger. It is rewarding to hear team members share what they are learning about themselves and their team members. And, even more rewarding, seeing how they are applying their learnings.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I only have positive things to say about Cloverleaf!

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren't trying to solve a problem. We are a Gallup Strengths-based organization and wanted to go deeper. Our team and culture has grown stronger. **What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

My favorite feature is the ability to compare styles between two people. Having the ability to learn how teams can lean on their individual strengths for an exponential result is powerful.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Managing the admin of Cloverleaf can be a little daunting at first because there is so much customization. I'm glad it's so customizable but there is a bit of a learning curve to effectively roll this out to existing teams and clients.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a unique use case to serve our team of freelance virtual assistants and their clients. We use the first 90 days of our engagement with clients to quickly build rapport and relationships between them and their VAs. We believe it helps speed up connection and improve success for both our clients and our VAs.

  ### 26. An Honest Cloverleaf Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The Cloverleaf assessments were very easy to complete and understand. I enjoyed the process of answering the questions for the assessments and found myself sneaking time in between my normal daily activities to complete as many of these as possible.

The results of the assessments were presented in a very organized and easy to understand format. I spent a lot of time reviewing these results and found the explanations offered to be honest, straightforward and contained a lot of useful information.

What I found to be most useful were the results of all of the assessments and how they all aggregated together to provide a complete understanding of my personality type, what motivates and demotivates me, how I best work with others and provides insight into how I can improve my communication and connections with others.

These insights can be used professionally as well as with my personal relationships. It was very valuable to be able to glean these insights and will help me with my client relationships through understanding my personal communication process.

The weekly coaching emails help me to continously improve.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I didn't find any downside to using Cloverleaf and would like to utilize this software with my entire team and organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

This is a great service that provides valuable insights and the information necessary to affect actionable change within an organization.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf helps to solve the complex dynamics of an organization working towards one goal and being one team. The insights provided by Cloverleaf help to understand how each team member can be the most productive, motivated and motivating to others and develop a structure for clear communication across an organization based upon how each team member responds and interacts with one another.

  ### 27. Unique way to develop teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The team at Cloverleaf is fantastic and incredibly helpful to ensuring a successful rollout and launch. They are responsive and seek constant feedback on how to continue to improve and serve their clients. A great group of people work there! The insights provided by the tool on yourself and your colleagues/leaders is incredibly valuable and helps you prepare for conversations in ways that you would not be able to accomplish without Cloverleaf. To learn more about your strengths, traits, preferences, etc. is a great way to leverage those daily in a professional setting to be a more engaged employee and boost morale and productivity. It can be an effective sales tool when utilizing the Client Navigator and creating teams where team selling occurs. Calendar integration is another cool feature where you gain insights to help you prepare for a meeting that day with other Cloverleaf users.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There isn't much to dislike. If I had to select one thing it would be that a couple of the assessments are additional costs and one requires you to go out to another site to complete. If they could integrate the costs and the assessment into a bundled approach that would really streamline everything.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an invaluable tool, especially for remote teams where you often times don't get to spend a lot of time getting to know your team, colleagues, and leaders. Cloverleaf helps us to enhance communication, create a common language, develop our emotional intelligence and collaboration skills, increase our self-awareness, and build stronger, more productive teams. To be able to create sub-teams when working on special projects or team selling is a great way to strengthen teamwork and strategize more efficiently.
