**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf's daily bite-size insights are just enough info to digest each morning when I check email. Insights into my personality/tendencies/processes have surprised me in their accuracy and in the specific recommendations to improve myself. The logical assumption is that the insights into and suggestions about my team are as accurate and valuable in building cohesion among us.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I do not have anything I dislike about Cloverleaf. Sorry- wish I could give you something constructively critical, but I can't think of anything.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a remote environment is challenging without in-person interaction, which helps me learn work styles and personalities. Cloverleaf enables me to get to know teammates to communicate and collaborate effectively.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing how people respond to situational anxiety, developing communication skills, and navigating conflicts can be challenging to lead through on your own. Cloverleaf can provide a more precise roadmap to success to see your people grow.

  ### 10. A tool for connection

Cloverleaf has provided my team with ways to connect and understand each other and to communicate more effectively. I love the practical daily tips for growth.

  ### 12. Insightful & Valuable. Cloverleaf is a valuable resource in my client success toolbox.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bex H. | Talent & Client Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

A Trusty Oak we include Cloverleaf in both our virtual assistant and client onboarding, requesting that specific assessments are completed to help with the matching process. Cloverleaf makes it super easy to compare a client with VA candidates to ensure that we have the right working styles, personalities and communication sets matched to achieve successful partnerships for the long term.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Some of our clients find the dashboard too busy and a bit confusing. There is a lot of information displayed at once and I think that does mean some people are overwhelmed and don't know where to look or how to use the information.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf is providing us with valuable resources that help navigate situations of conflict between clients and VAs, it also enables us to utilize personality psychology in the matching process which many of our clients also find enlightening.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for sharing how Cloverleaf helps you to pair clients with the right VA. Our tech is all about helping people to work better together.

  ### 13. Multiple Assessments Bringing Valuable Awareness On One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Demetrius P. | OD/Training Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf is a great way to access several assessments in one platform and bring valuable awareness to yourself & your teams.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

No significant dislikes; I just wish there were even more assessments.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a platform that houses multiple assessments in one place is of great value, and it provides an opportunity to feel understood and not locked into just one evaluation tool.

  ### 14. Excellent intel about the insights to ourselves and our co-workers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | Management Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

It's very easy to navigate and get on the platform. I can typically get the graphical information and comparisons with other teammates very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It's still unclear when and how the premium assessments are charged. The drop-down menus are really confusing, i.e. pre-approved, available, etc.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source visual dashboard of a team. Getting the daily coaching insights/tips is important too.

  ### 15. Cloverleaf - an invaluable tool for bringing teams together!

The insight into other team members helps to bridge communication gaps and allows for better collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I have not personally found a dislike in the Cloverleaf solution.

It's not always easy to see something from a perspective you have not experienced. Cloverleaf helps me to see things in a new light, allowing me to factor in another's perspective.

  ### 16. Learning and understanding my co-workers and self through Cloverleaf.

I think the most helpful thing about Cloverleaf is that it is super easy to use! Once you have input all your assessment information it is easy to understand!

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf is helping me understand my co-workers better so that I am more productive working with them.

> Hi Kira, thank you for the review. We're glad you enjoy using Cloverleaf and are committed to helping our users build truly productive teams!

  ### 17. Empathy and productive team building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I've used personality assessments in the past, but I usually misplace my results and certainly have found it difficult to keep up with others (team members') results. I like the platform approach with Cloverleaf, that I can come back and find or focus when I want to, or when I have a specific task or goal with someone I work with ... as well as the portability/flexibility (for individuals to control their profiles and data, and share them with multiple teams as they move around or even move on). I also really appreciate the approach Cloverleaf takes in terms of multiple assessment types - you can at least have people get started, and gain value/insight/empathy for team building quickly, even as individuals continue to complete and expand profiles over time - and the multiple tools/results (as opposed to simply a single assessment type) help me look at individuals (and them working together) from different angles. I think the biggest value (regardless of what you think about personality assessments) is the constructive activity of thinking deeply about someone else's perspective, and a platform with tools to help you do it ... FWIW accuracy seems good, but even if it weren't, going through the steps and thinking about yourself, your team, and their interactions has been extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Not much really, however, it could stand to integrate with more software tools. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought about that or said that in the past, but I've used the platform's email/calendar integration, which I like, and they opened the door to make me interested in more. It seems the company has been intentional about continuing to add more integrations - it looks like maybe ERPs and HR platforms in the short term, which makes sense. Meanwhile, we're getting ready to test out Slack with a small group, and if all goes well, I'll probably only want more!

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining perspective for individuals when managing a team, how to frame communication, and looking out for blind spots and opportunities (both with developing or working with current team members and for considering team blindspots/weaknesses when looking to hire/expand teams.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great feedback. We're glad that personality assessments become more top-of-mind and actionable. We are actively working on more integrations so stay tuned for those updates. Thanks for being a Cloverleaf fan.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The daily emails for self coaching and team insights is my favorite part of Cloverleaf.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

A daily email can get to be the norm and you stop reading them.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me understand my team and how they see the world has been invaluable in how I make decisions, and who I get involved in projects.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Maybe a few too many emails? Other than that, don't dislike anything else

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me see beyond any barriers people may put up in getting to know them better

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great feedback about Cloverleaf. Glad that it helps you to relate to your team members and get to know the people you're working with. You are able to adjust the frequency of the emails. Some people find that daily is too often, and opt for 2 emails per week.

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

  ### 25. Know the people you work with, work more effectively.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody B. | Product Developer and Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

My favorite feature is the email I get at the start of my day with a small insight about other cloverleaf users or teammates with whom I have meetings that day. This really helps me approach each person as a unique individual and better able to speak their language.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

For a paid account, it can get a bit expensive, especially for anyone in the smaller nonprofit space, where this is viewed as a luxury service, rather than what it really is- a force multiplier.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is especially helpful when joining a new collaborative team, or interacting with a new client. This allows you to better understand the way people work, and lets them understand you better as well. There is more effective workflow with relational equity, and this is a huge headstart in that direction.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. Glad that you find the calendar integration helpful as you prepare for your day. We do offer a nonprofit discount to help qualified organizations to get the benefit of Cloverleaf.

  ### 26. Powerful leadership tool for any coach!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Associate Director of Leadership and Community Engagement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf's ability to house teams in a learning platform where people continue to return to gain insights on themselves and for team dynamics is a great tool for coaches. The process of building groups and teams is very intuitive and is easy to grasp right out of the gate when working with the platform. Our clients also love the calendar integration features as well so they get coaching tips for people they are meeting with that day.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The one thing I wish I was able to do is to batch upload team members into a group and build out teams that way. Not having that feature creates a lengthy process of inputting people one at a time.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

If you regularly administer multiple behavior, strengths, or culture assessments as part of your coaching or training/development role, Cloverleaf is a phenomenal tool to add to your toolbox. Clients will love it and you will find significant benefits from the ease of having most of your assessments within one platform.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to give clients multiple assessments as part of their coaching or training packages and would integrate the information/concepts for them. With Cloverleaf, many of those assessments are available from within the platform and teams can gain a lot of insight about each other from their screen. It also puts the information together in a place where people can recall where the information is housed so there's no longer multiple log-ins for various pieces of information; it's all in one place!

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review and the feedback about batch upload for teams.

  ### 27. Insightful personal and team skills from Cloverleaf

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I enjoy the different perspectives Cloverleaf gives based on my personal assessment, my team, and the larger organization. The skills learned from the tips Cloverleaf sends each day helps our teams work more cohesively.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Sometimes similar tips are given about several co-workers. I also would like a way to filter who I would like to reach tips about in the daily emails.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team cohesiveness. Better communication and ability to solve problems within teams.

**Official Response from Osa Tunde-Oni:**

> Thank you for the feedback! We're committed to giving you the best experience and will work towards improving coaching tips

  ### 28. Learning to communicate with multiple teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittnay S. | Field Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Some of the most helpful areas of Cloverleaf are the 'Thinking Styles Comparison' & the 'Insights' portion. These areas help me understand how to communicate and understand my peers.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish Cloverleaf was a phone app and I could get notifications directly pop up on my phone. How can we create reminders for peers to go into Cloverleaf every 1-2 months?

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is solving my problem of getting to understand 45 different teams each with 5+ employees per team. I can now prepare before any meeting and adapt to the different communication styles of each team.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for sharing how you use Cloverleaf to prep for meetings and adapt your communication. Our tech is all about helping people to work better together.

  ### 29. Excellent HR Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

My favorite aspect of Cloverleaf is the ability to compare employee charts and the communication tips sent when your calendar meetings are synced.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The home page is very busy. It would be nice to have tabs for each category or section.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf is helping me effectively communicate with my team, which improves our efficiency and culture.

  ### 30. Amazing product - even more amazing support team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane R. | Director of Learning, Talent and DE&I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

From day one, this team has been readily available to support - with training, implementation, and consistent follow-up. I rarely work with a 'vendor' who is as committed to our organization & success.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There is honestly nothing I would change and/or that I dislike. I've had the honor of working with several of their team members, and each has delivered the same level of engagement and support. Mindy is, by far, a fantastic partner, and I look forward to expanding our development alongside of her and her team.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Don't wait - do it! For the investment, what you get in return is well worth it. I've never seen a platform that combines so many assessments and has the ability for integration - allowing further insights into others w/in the organization.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our leaders better understand themselves and how they show up has been an incredible journey. Not only does the platform allow for personal insights, but it also allows for better understanding/insights into peers. At least once every few weeks someone reaches out and asks for others to gain access. Fast, efficient, effective and powerful!

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. We have an amazing customer support team.

  ### 31. Very productive!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The interface is easy to use; there is a lot of information provided regarding my test results. The daily coaching sent is always accurate and helpful to my needs.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish there was more information about my teammate's individual scores. Being able to know how I compare on different levels with more in-depth information would be useful.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have the tools needed to best interact with my team in different business situations. The daily coaching always gives me new ideas to use when interacting with my team.

  ### 32. Such a convenient platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandi B. | The BADASS Business Coach!, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I like how easy it is to use and for larger companies the dashboard comparisons.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I would like to get rid of the "Cloverleaf" communication vs it being from me as a client this morning just said, "Oh yeah the "cloverleaf thing".
I also would like to have adaptive vs. natural option for clients to see. I just had a client go back to her former coach as his DiSC assessment gave that.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Allow me to embed or integrate into my coaching platform or somehow not have to log in again.
Create the Disc to have adaptive vs natural state option.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When two staff/team members are having issues, I pull this up and put their names in and talk through it with their manager or them directly if I am coaching them!

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great feedback and for sharing the story about using Cloverleaf to resolve conflict with team members. Our mission is to help teams to love working together.

  ### 33. Great automated coaching.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maribeth F. | Director of Culture and Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Easy to use, automated. Gives excellent tips to help you learn about yourself and your colleagues. I really appreciate being able to compare people on teams.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I really can't think of something I dislike except that some of the tips are a little silly - but that's rare.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Be sure users connect their calendar to the services so that they can get tips prior to meetings with others.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a completely virtual workforce. Cloverleaf helps build connections.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for sharing what you love about Cloverleaf. We're glad that the technology is helping your team to build connections in a virtual environment.

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Having the team dashboards compare each other and have all of them in one place.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Payment for something that you can mostly curate yourself.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time of compiling personality assessments from different sites and keeping track of how they relate myself.

  ### 35. Aggregating and interpreting several tools for the WIN!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R. | Ceo, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

The simplicity and clarity of Receiving daily coaching tips based on my profile and the people I’m meeting with is amazing. It sets me up so well to have meaningful conversations throughout my day. I love That it keeps me focused on the unique gifts and strengths of the person I’m meeting with (rather than selfishly being overly concerned about me!). Cloverleaf shows where my uniqueness intersects with my team so that we can go for meaningful outcomes in every meeting. It also alerts me to how we’re different and can head off some conversational land mines at the pass.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

It has been hard to convince my whole
Team to fill out there profiles bu taking all the tests.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me and my team to multiply our effectiveness by focusing on each other’s strengths.

**Official Response from Devon Barnhard:**

> Thrilled to hear how Cloverleaf has impacted your ability to see the unique strengths in everyone. Fingers crossed your whole team is now on board, as well!

  ### 36. A solution that brings our team together

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love that Cloverleaf pulls in multiple personality inventories to deliver a complete picture of each employee. Plus, it integrates with other apps we use.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There is no downside. The tool is used across my team on an everyday basis and I honestly can't imagine how we got by without it.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

If you've ever used personality inventories across your team, you know that the utility and excitement quickly fade. You need a tool like Cloverleaf that keeps it top of mind, while delivering practical tips for putting this amazing info. to use everyday.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf helps every person on our team with self-awareness and relationship-building. As a result, we're significantly more productive and effective.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. We're glad that you're getting the complete picture of each team member so that you can work better together.

  ### 37. Needed tool for working together!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristine R. | Client Success Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I love how simple it is to use. I appreciate the questions that are asked in the insights that they share. The daily emails with insights about the people that you're working with, as well as yourself, are so valuable.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Sometimes the volume of questions can feel like a barrier to people filling out the assessments. We encourage our clients to utilize this tool but sometimes they see the amount of questions and assessment as an obstacle.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We Match clients with virtual assistants in Cloverleaf has been invaluable in the matching process. And when there is a conflict, we utilize this tool to dig deeper into where the problem is coming from and how best to fix it.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for a great review and the feedback about the assessment questions.

  ### 38. Bringing "Human" to work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Principle Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Daily bite-sized insights about teammates that help me begin my day with a focus on the people in my day vs. simply the tasks and appointments.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Like any data-based insight - it can be misused and weaponized by an uninformed user.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing empathy to the office space - acknowledging and appreciating the whole person vs. simply the resume of acquired skills. Great basis for conversation!

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for a great review Mark. We hope that more people use Cloverleaf for the bite-sized insights that deepen conversations between co-workers and create more understanding and empathy.

  ### 39. Awesome End-User Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura K. | Experience Platform Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

As an introvert with a strong desire to be well prepared, it has been invaluable to have a safe place for me to go to learn about colleagues I don't work with often so I can adjust my communication approach. Cloverleaf also provides a lot of flexibility to how end-users interact with it by providing configurable options for the coaching email and calendar digests.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The admin side is not very robust. There's no ability to export user information or view reports/metrics. The Cloverleaf staff is great at providing information ad hoc, but it's definitely an area of opportunity for the platform. The functionality of the StrengthsFinders codes is also difficult to manage.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization sought out Cloverleaf to replace an existing DiSC assessment tool, but we realized since Cloverleaf aggregates multiple assessment results we are receiving much broader insights about our colleagues. The information is also much more accessible through coaching emails and calendar digests.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for a great review--glad that you use Cloverleaf to adjust your approach for colleagues. Sharing your feedback about the desired features with our product team.

  ### 40. Unique Solution to connecting remote teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe G. | Vice President, Global Marketing Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Firstly, using multiple evaluation methods on one dashboard takes care of those for/against one particular platform. The easy to use summary of the team is a huge help to give me and my team leads a snapshot of strengths and weaknesses and thus guide us on our recruiting decisions. Finally, the proactive coaching is a really neat touch - waking up on a Monday morning to my coaching email offering a little reminder of who I am and how I behave as well as a snippet about one of my team members is awesome and has helped build bridge with those team members I have less contact with.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Less a dislike and more a possible improvement - more proactive guidance on using the coaching tips in real life. Perhaps providing team meeting templates and advice on using Cloverleaf beyond the initial assessment.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a team of 23, divided between 4 sub-teams, with members across the US. This team is a mixture of new and long-tenured members with highly varied responsibilities and backgrounds, but multiple touchpoints with each other during a week. - Cloverleaf has done a lot to connect the team. In addition, the coaching tips and comparison possibilities have introduced a level of empathy between team members that hasn't existed in the past.

**Official Response from Joanna Harvey:**

> Thanks for the great review. Glad that you find the team summary and coaching emails helpful. We're adding more content to help people to use the dashboard for themselves and their team, so stay tuned for those updates.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf communication tool is very dynamic but needs a few more improvements.

Cloverleaf should focus on marketing by connecting with any media partners to expose the tool to reach more companies to sustain its near competitors.

Cloverleaf is slightly priced at a higher range, if it is bought by many companies the price may get reduced.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf tool helped me to enrich my communication skills by making collaborating with my peers.

Cloverleaf tool will give so many benefits if it is used in an effective way, especially for communication.

Cloverleaf tool gives so many valuable notifications that will show the progress of day-to-day work and updates.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self awareness has been our first step at our company and then we hope to use it to better our communication within the office and then outside of the office as well. I think everyone in the office has realized what situations cause them to stress and how to avoid getting to that point.

  ### 44. Useable Data is the Best Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad S. | President and Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Cloverleaf is easy for my clients to use to get started. The Team page and visual representation of their individual and group data makes behavioral data and coaching strategies easy to illustrate.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I wish we had more ability to set default Team pages for my own data pages. Being a member of many teams, it can take a moment to get to the correct team page when I wish I could just stay on the one I am using most of the time.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloverleaf makes it easier for me to get coaching prospect conversations using its Leads feature. My clients are getting regular touches through me when they receive the email coaching tip reminders. These reminders and ongoing access to the portal and data allow the opportunity for our coaching work to remain top of mind.

  ### 45. Cloverleaf, Coach-Led Team Session

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda L. | VP, HR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Stephanie Licata from Cloverleaf led a team session to unpack/ debrief our results. She was so audience-centric in her delivery! Her pace and tone, and critical takeaways were so compelling and clear. She quickly captured our attention and made it effortless to synthesize/ understand the data and the “so what.” She created a safe space as well with the right amount of pauses/ time for questions. The impact of this – everyone walked away with a deeper understanding of themselves and how they’ll ‘team’ differently and experiment with those helpful tips/ tricks on a go-forward basis. We loved her quote at the end – this is not one moment of an “Aha” …she helped us unlock possibilities for real behavior change and team growth for the future.

Stephanie prepared a team SWOT from the Cloverleaf data/ assessments. And, having been part of this team for a couple of years, I couldn’t have written the “story of our team” better. The SWOT perfectly captured where we’re strong and the flat-spots as well. It helped solidify (with data!) what we must do and try differently in our journey to high performance.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

The access to the platform was seamless. A couple of bugs, and the Cloverleaf support team (and chat functionality) was quick to find a solution!

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High performance, high trust executive leadership team
