## Cloverleaf Reviews
  ### 1. The Most Impactful Leadership Tool of the Decade!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie W. | Leadership and Executive Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

Personality assessments have been around for a long time. However, until now the data was difficult to use and apply in a consistent, effective manner. Cloverleaf allows us to not only see and understand our results but also to apply that knowledge to how we interact with those around us. Leaders can now run real time analysis of their team and gain insights as to how they can change their approach to change their outcomes.

I absolutely love this platform and have been able to achieve consistent results from day one.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There is a learning curve. However, no more than any other new tool. If you devote an hour or two you will be up to speed and good to go!

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Use it! It is especially useful for those individuals and organizations who have struggled with the same issues time and time again. This will give you the insight you need to finally start seeing a change.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a master trainer and executive coach I am often called on to help teams solve very specific team dynamics problems. This may be a communication breakdown, a deep rooted conflict, a resistance to change or a lack of engagement just to name a few. With Cloverleaf we can not only look at the various personalities on the team, but also dig into HOW those individual personalities relate to each other.

This tool allows me to give my leaders targeted direction related to the specific employee, issue and personality type. The result is more effective communication and a deeper level of understanding that drives success and creates true and lasting change. No longer we treating symptoms, we are getting to the root of the issue and eliminating it once and for all.

  ### 2. Easy to use....very effective with team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

I have long been a big fan of knowing more about who I work with, to help facilitate better communications, collaboration and creativity in our business. Cloverleaf makes doing this easy through the use of a ultra-clean interface, terrific reports, daily reminders about my teammates, smartly connects to my calendar and more.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I have not found anything in Cloverleaf that I would change at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Jump in. You'll be glad you did.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork, when done well, has synergistic benefits. I love finding ways to maximize our effectiveness while supporting one another and appreciating, if not celebrating our differences. Cloverleaf makes it easy to take multiple assessments and then appears to use solid machine learning to aggregate the results for each member of the team.

  ### 3. I look forward to my Cloverleaf Insights everyday!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori M. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Cloverleaf?**

My co-worker and I stumbled upon Cloverleaf over a year ago. I love the way you can take 7 assessments and it takes that information to curate daily tips to help you communicate and connect better with your team and co-workers. My favorite thing is the way you can bring up two individuals and see where they connect and clash.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

I can't think of a downfall with Cloverleaf - unless you are a person that has no desire to get to know yourself better or have a better team.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloverleaf:**

Just try it. That is what my co-worker and I did. We then got the other people on our team to try and we all love it.

**What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great tool to help foster better one-on-ones, individual awareness, and all-around growth. This tool has led to great discussions helping understand each other better and crafting our jobs in a way where each person is using their strengths more - increasing energy, productivity, and engagement.

**What do you dislike about Cloverleaf?**

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Cloverleaf
