"VISIBILITY IN OUR AWS COST"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

Finally, real visibility into our cloud costs. Before CloudYali, our AWS bill was a black box - we knew the total but had no clue what was driving it. Now I can see exactly where every dollar goes, broken down by service, team, and project.

The cost visibility dashboards are game-changing. I can drill down from high-level spend trends to individual resource costs in seconds. Love how it shows cost allocation across different departments and projects - makes chargeback discussions with other teams so much easier. The historical cost tracking lets us spot patterns and the real-time visibility means no more month-end surprises.

Budget management is solid too. Set up budgets per team and project, and the alerts actually work. Getting notified at 50%, 75%, and 90% of budget thresholds has prevented several overspends. The forecasting helps us see if we're on track to blow past budgets before it happens.

What really stands out is how it surfaces hidden costs. Found several untagged resources and orphaned volumes that were silently eating budget. The visualization makes it dead simple to identify cost anomalies and track them back to specific resources or configuration changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

Limited visibility into Azure. We're starting to use Azure, and not having that same level of cost visibility and budget management for Azure resources is frustrating.

Would love Slack/Teams integration for budget alerts so the whole team gets notified, not just email. The current email-only approach means alerts sometimes get missed in busy inboxes.

Some advanced budget forecasting features I'd like to see are on the roadmap (spoke with the founders about this). They're working on better handling of seasonal variations and planned scaling events, which will make the platform even more valuable for capacity planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visibility into our cloud spending"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

After 8 months using CloudYali, what stands out most is cost visibility across our AWS and GCP

environments. Previously, we struggled to allocate cloud costs to the right departments - now it's

automatic. The dashboard gives me a real-time view of spending patterns, and it can catch budget overruns

before they become issues. The setup was surprisingly smooth compared to other tools I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

The main limitation right now is no MS Teams integration - we need to manually check the portal for alerts.

It would be nice to have Kubernetes cost tracking also, since we're moving more workloads there.

Another gap is workspace support for different teams - understand it's a planned feature, but it would help

us organize cost data better. Sometimes, the recommendation engine could be more aggressive in

identifying savings opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlock control over cloud costs and tag consistency"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

What truly sold me on CloudYali was its tag governance. For someone overseeing a 30-engineer team across numerous AWS accounts, the platform has eradicated the previous nightmare of tracking individual and project spending through its remarkably easy tagging policy enforcement.

Managing cloud costs and enforcing tag policies across a 30-person engineering team and multiple AWS accounts was a significant challenge before CloudYali. The platform's automation, insightful reports, and user-friendly dashboards have completely revolutionized our workflow

The dashboards are clean and intuitive. My team picked it up quickly, and the automated tag

compliance reports have been a lifesaver for our audits. The daily cost reports keep everyone aware of

their spending - it's amazing how behavior changes when teams see their costs every morning. And

the monthly executive summaries? They've become my go-to for leadership briefings. Plus, the alert

system catches untagged resources before they become cost black holes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

Limited integrations are my main gripe. We use Slack heavily for team communication, and not having

direct integration means we have to rely on email alerts. Also waiting for Azure support since we're

starting to use it for some projects. The platform could use more customization options for reports too

- sometimes I need very specific views that aren't available out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally - cloud costs that make sense to finance"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

Cost allocation is the real MVP here. Used to waste hours every month doing chargebacks manually - now it's automatic. Plus the dashboards don't need a PhD to understand. I love it, everybody's happy. Oh and those optimization recommendations? They actually work. Saved us serious $. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

Slack integration!! Come on, it's 2025. Nobody wants email alerts. sometimes the UI gets a bit slow when pulling big reports. Minor stuff but still annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Multi-Cloud Budget Control That Actually Work"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

What I appreciate most is the Multi-cloud budget feature. It provides exceptional control and transparency over our spending across various cloud platforms, allowing us to set and manage financial guardrails effortlessly in one place. Additionally, the unified dashboard gives me instant visibility across all our cloud platforms. No more jumping between different consoles or cobbling together reports manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

I'd really like to see native integrations with Slack. Currently we have to route alerts through email which adds unnecessary friction to our workflow. Our incident response would be much smoother with direct alerts to our team channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool, just needs a few things"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

Been using this for our DevOps team of 10 for about 4 months now. The cost tracking is spot-on - we can actually see where our money's going. Tag management has been a lifesaver, and those daily reports have caught several potential disasters before they got expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

Main thing we're missing is Slack integration. Our team lives in Slack, and it would be super helpful to get cost alerts and quick checks right there. Also, the docs could be better - had to bug support (though they're great!) for some basic setup stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AWS Cloud Visibility and Centralized Cost Control"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

The platform provides outstanding visibility into AWS cloud resources and usage, making it easy to understand what's happening across our infrastructure. The ability to manage and optimise costs across multiple projects and accounts from a single dashboard is extremely valuable and saves significant time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

It would be beneficial to include new optimisation recommendations directly in the notifications, so we can act on cost-saving opportunities more quickly without having to dig into the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Budget Management and Monitoring, But Multi-Cloud Support Needs Work"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

The budgets feature along with detailed daily and monthly reports are excellent. I don't have to constantly check in on costs manually. CloudyAli handles the monitoring work for me, which frees up my time to focus on other important priorities. Good personalised customer support and easy onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

It doesn't support Azure yet, which limits its true multi-cloud capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Unmistakable Perspective on My Cloud Assets"
What do you like best about CloudYali?

CloudYali's biggest energy is giving me a concentrated perspective on the entirety of my cloud resources across exact organizations, as AWS and Azure potential. This disposes of the need to shuffle through more than one control center and saves me a decent estimated amount of time and disarray. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudYali?

One disadvantage I've experienced is that CloudYali's evaluating plans can be a piece muddled, with exceptional levels giving different functionalities. It took some time and studies to choose the most extreme appropriate arrangement for my necessities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
